Received next-day appointment, tech arrived within quoted service window, called first to confirm, diagnosed and repaired dryer. Was mindful of disruption and mess factor. Tech was pleasant and professional.

The young guy they sent out fixed one small problem with the dryer, the main reason I had them come out was the old stove. He wouldn't even look at it. What he charged for the repair to the dryer was highway robbery. I would not use them in the future and could not recommend them to anyone in the future.

I spent $200 on that work. My interaction with them was okay. I have used them before and I would tell others that they are very available and they clean up well.

They were nice and gave me tips so that I do not have to replace the dryer right away.

technician was wonderful! told me of options his company provided without doing the "hard sell". checked my carbon monoxide detectors even though they were not part of the heating system, found both to be faulty, recommended what I should purchase. he was very through and competent, I would use company again and highly recommend them. Scheduling was easy and the contact very helpful. I did spend more than I intended by buying a new filter that my technician recommended, but felt very comfortable after the benefits were explained to me.

After failed attempts to find this part on my own and a failed attempt at dealing with folks at another appliance service business, the folks at B'ripple Appliance Repair located the part in some out-of-the-ordinary warehouse and returned to install it. Now my fridge is COLD!!!

Terrific! They were friendly, on-time and inexpensive. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the washer....they suspected something had gotten out of balance. They checked all belts and hoses, and didn't recommend anything be done. They cleaned the mechanicals of the washer, and said it was still good

Took three separate visits to repair and multilpe calls to schedule 2nd and 3rd visits. The service rep arrived after the allotted timeframe for the first visit and diagnosed the problem. After multiple calls, we scheduled the 2nd visit - service rep was there on time, but said the problem was not completely diagnosed first time and that they'd need to come back a 3rd time.

We had Broad Ripple Appliance come out on 8/6 to look at it. He didn't get into it very far to decide it needed a new upper washer mechanism which comes as one whole part. We were to call with our decision which we did in a few days. They ordered the part and he came out to install it the following week. He took it apart and found that we only needed one part of the the part that they had to order as a unit, and that part of it hadn't come in yet. So he left it undone with parts on the kitchen counter. He came the following Monday and installed the part we needed. He said he had to use some dish soap to lubricate the parts and so had turned on the dishwasher when he was finished. The washer was filled with a suds! Later I found that water had dripped onto my power tools downstairs! He left greasy smudges on the front of the washer. Although we're pleased to have our washer working like new again, I think some of the issues could have been avoided.

I asked them to give me an estimate before they came out and he said he would call back but then he never did. He did come out and I finally did receive an estimate from them, but it wasn't before they came out like I had requested. Their estimate was much higher than what I expected to pay. Howver, they were polite and they did apologize.

Our gas oven wasn't working. It looked like the igniter was heating up, but the gas wasn't coming on. I was able to schedule an appointment for just a couple days after I called. Could have been earlier, but I wasn't available. Bob came out on a Saturday morning, checked it out and diagnosed the problem as a bad igniter. It was heating up, but not enough to allow the gas valve to open. He gave me an estimate and ordered the part. The following Friday, he came out with an apprentice to install the part and half an hour later, the oven was back in business. Bob was prompt, courteous, and professional on both visits, and he obviously knew what he was doing.

They were able to determine why the refrigerator wasn't cooling. The repairman was able to temporarily repair it by swapping an existing thermostat for the bad one while they located a new part. When they had the new part in hand they came back and installed it.

Control "buttons" were not responding so diahwasher did not run. We tried turning off power, but did not work. First repairman came out, in a timely manner. He was able to start dishwasher. After a few days when I tried to run dishwasher, it would not start. A different repaiman came and thought it was the computer. A few days later same repairman came back with part.This repairman came about 45 minutes late, but was the day after the 4th of July weekend. This part did not work. He thought it was faulty, so ordered another one. A third repairman came with the computer, but dishwasher did not work. He ordered a console.This same repairman was late in coming. We had to call to check. He then came about a half hour later.(We had impression forgot appointment.) The console was replaced, and dishwasher worked. I have run it twice, and so far OK. I gave a lower grade for punctuality because two times the repairmen were later than said would come.

First service call of the day and arrived within the two hour timeframe given. Called about 10 minutes before arrival. Ask for first call of the day and call a few days in advance if possible.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working -- on the hottest day of the year! I discovered this late evening, called and left a message. Got a call early the next day, scheduled a time for serviceman to come. He got there, fixed the problem, and all is well.

Gentleman showed up on time, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and was out the door. Great work!

Did not have the part in he truck but located it, drove to pick it up and installed. Knew exactly what he was doing, was neat and quick.

I was satisfied with service and price.

They figured out that we had blocked a vent from circulating air and caused our refrigerator/freezer combo to defrost. He only charged us the trip fee, no service fee.

Excellent. Repairman arrived the day after I called, ordered a part and repaired the leak. It took about a week, since a part had to be ordered.

Broad Ripple Appliance was prompt (next day service) and their price was quite reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Ithey called before they came, as I requested, came on time, fixed the machine without incident, were very friendly.

From what I remember, we were very pleased with their work.

They were professional, punctual and it was a great experience. My dog did not even bark at him they were so pleasant and fast. It was like they were never here.
