They're always timely and very fair about their evaluations. The last time I used them they diagnosed a dying microwave. The applicance needed to be replaced. The parts to repair were more expensive than microwave.

Checked out the garbage disposal. Made minor adjustment after finding what was in it making the noise.

The work went well. We were so pleased with the work.

Arrived at 9:00am, inspected the appliance , he told me what was wrong and he said how much it would be, at which time had informed me he had to make sure he had both parts in his truck. I told him he could proceed with the repair work. Work was done in timely fashion and I very pleased.

They responded to my call promptly, professionally and accommodated my request for a specific time to meet. The repair was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

On time, explained what need to be done. Finished work that day.

I called Broad Ripple Appliance, and told the office manager what the problem was with my washer. She stated that they just had a cancellation and they could have a repairman to me within the hour. I thought that was great! When the repairman came, he was professionally dressed and very courteous. He took the washer completely apart and checked for common causes of the washer drum banging on the spin cycle. When he discovered the problem, he explained what he had been doing, why he was doing it, and what he had found. He reassembled the washer, and gave me tipso n how, if the problem reoccurred, I might determine if it was the same problem. If so, how I could remedy the situation.

They are very honest, courteous, and simply run a very ethical business. Our dishwasher did have a leak, however, we were promptly taken care of and to a high level of satisfaction. They will definitely be my first recommendation to others and my first choice when I'm in the market again. Great group of people!

I called Broad Ripple Appliances at 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon, by 3:30 they had come out and repaired the problems.

I called Broad Ripple Appliance out to fix a washing machine at our rental property. I have used them before at our home for service on our dryer and was exceptionally pleased with their service. On this occasion, I called for service on the washing machine at our rental property because it was not draining properly. When I called the lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and was able to schedule service for the same day. Their technician came out on time and removed the object from the pump that was causing it not to drain. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I was even able to use a $10 coupon! It was all around great service and I'll continue to use them at our home and our rental property. I highly recommend this company.

I called Broad Ripple Appliance on a Monday fully expecting to have to wait at least a day for service on my dryer since it was a Monday. I explained that my dryer was not heating. I was so extremely happy that they were able to come out on the same day! They sent their technician out, I think his name was Brad, who made quick work of finding the problem. My thermostat was broken. He repaired it, and then cleaned out the lint buildup for me. My dryer has been working great ever since. The technician was fast and efficient and went above my expectation as a customer when he cleaned the lint build up. The price they charged was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company for dryer repairs!

My washer wouldn't drain. I called Broad Ripple Appliance and booked an appointment for later the same day. Brad, the technician, arrived when they said he would, gave my washer a thorough check out and said that something called the air dome was clogged. He repaired this, tested the washer to be sure it was working Ok and it was. I asked Brad some questions about what I could do to make my washer last longer. He asked how full I had been filing it with clothing and it turned out that I had been packing too many pieces of clothing in there. He politely explained the problems this could cause and showed me exactly how full It's best for me to load the washer with clothing. I This was my second experience with Broad Ripple Appliance. I highly recommend them.

My dryer just quit working after 2 loads of laundry, I had another load in the washer that needed to be dried. I called Broad Ripple Appliance about 11:00am . Beth Ann answered my call with politeness, professionalism & concern! I was hoping to get someone out that same day as the load to be dried was my son's football practice uniform & he had practice that aftenoon!!! Beth Ann told me they were booked up for the day, but she would contact one of the technicians in my area to see if they could squeeze me in. About 15 minutes later she called back & said Brad (tech) would be able to fit me in & would call me with a time frame. Brad called about 20 minutes later & said he was on his way, if it was OK with me. I was ecstatic! Brad arrived around 12:15pm, I showed him the dryer, told him what had happened, he got some info off the dryer & went to work. 10 minutes later he (Brad), found the problem & presented me with a detailed estimate for the repair. I had a bad thermal fuse, on my Kenmore dryer, the estimate was about 150, 140 with my Angies coupon. Brad repaired the unit & checked some other things that may have caused the part to fail, he found my dryer vent to be clogged with lint, he removed what he could & recommened another company to come & clean it from end to end. Brad said it was a pretty common problem with longer than normal venting. I am sold on B.R.A., Brad was professional, kind, knowledgable & smelled good!!! The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. They took concern to my situation & made it happen! Thanks Broad Ripple Appliance!

The gentleman who came was inept. He did not know what he was doing. He actually broke a part and then they had to order it and it took almost a month before they came back and do it. I had to be on top of them to ask them to come back and when he installed it, we had water running all over the floor with the water line and that’s when I called a different company to do it. He took a part of the whole door of the refrigerator and the door wouldn’t seal and he didn’t need to have done that as it turned out. He didn’t know the refrigerator and instead of asking, he made a mess and probably aggravated that problem rather than really fixing it. I wouldn’t use them again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Their initial response was good.

Our clothes washer was shaking violently enough to move itself across the floor. Thinking it was broken, we requested service from Broad Ripple Appliance. After inspecting the washer thoroughly it was determined that I had installed it incorrectly. I had propped up the front half of the washer with a small board to level the machine. Apparently, washing machines do not need to be precisely leveled - it is more important for them to be stable. The service tech, Brad, explained everything he was doing and what I had done wrong. He was very patient with my incessant and potentially annoying questions about the machine :) He even gave me installation advice for other appliances not related to the service call.

The gentleman was on time and efficient. He was very kind and professional. He even cleaned out the bottom of the fridge for me too! He charged me a very fair price as well! I recommend their services!

first, was responsive in being able to come out day before a holiday weekend. the problem with the dishwasher was electronic---either the circuit board or the touchpad. he actually brought an extra new circuit board with him (keeps it because it I a common one with this type of dishwasher) so, when problem persisted after installing the new circuit board, he was able to narrow cause to the keypad. if he was not as proactive in having the circuit board, I would have had to wait for an ordered part to arrive, then returned it for the faulty touchpad. he ordered the touchpad. it came several days earlier than expected. when he called to let me know, was able to come install it within one hour that day!! was also honest in helping me weigh the pluses and minuses of making the repair in the first place. also had % off angie's list coupon. very good experience overall.

I called from Carmel at 11 a.m. & Brad had 2 appliances fixed by noon! No joke. He had just come back from morning appointments when I called hoping I wouldn't lose everything in my fridge. He was at my house near Michigan Road & 131st in 25 minutes. Took fridge apart & couldn't find anything or replicate the noise. Must have been ice or heavy frost hindering fan. I shouldn't have unplugged it. He cleaned up all drips on floor and even wiped down the bottom of my freezer!! I asked him to check washing machine & he fixed the blood curdling squeak in minutes by lubricating the upper shock cups. What a relief, thought it was dying. $69.95 for service call outside 465. Addl $35 to look at 2nd appliance. Out the door at noon. On with my day. Gave me a 30 day guarantee if fridge acts up again. I'm a happy camper! Especially happy to get a person answering the phone, Beth Ann was sweet!

It went well. It was not repaired because it wasn't cost effective but they did recommend a line that we should purchase and we are very happy with it. We were very satisfied with the fact they recommended a line to buy and why and a line NOT to buy and the reasons why! That's great customer service! It was very professional of them to give us the recommendation since they charged for a service call. Many companies would charge the service call and just go.

I was scheduled by a friendly woman who explained the process and the service call charges very clearly. I was scheduled for a Saturday (at no difference in charge). Brad called prior to the visit for the washing machine model number so that he would have the part when he made the service call. He arrived at the appointment time, was able to do the repair quickly, leaving me plenty of time to catch up on laundry. Great service. I will definitely use them again.
