I especially appreciated that the technician took the time to allow me to vacuum and clean behind my range. It hadn't been cleaned behind in years and I had been unable to move it. He also wore booties in my home to avoid bringing in any dirt or debris. The service was first rate from the time I booked the call to the time the technician left. He was on time and efficient as he did his work. I would definitely use this company again. I was totally impressed with his professionalism.

Evereything went just fine! I called Broad Ripple Aplliance on Tuesday 5/27/14, Beth Anne answered the call, she was very polite & professional. I was given the option for service on Wed 5/28 but I wouldn't be there that day. I scheduled service for Thur. 5/29. Jack called about 30 minutes ahead of time, showed up in the time frame I was given, diagnosed & repaired the problem in about 60 min. DONE!!! No trouble, professional, courteous, timely! I will recommend & use Broad Ripple Appliance in the future for all my major appliance needs.

Our refrigerator was not cooling very well. Broad Ripple Appliance's Brad came out right away and was on time. Brad said I needed to have the defrost drain de-iced and cleaned. He was professional throughout our interaction and gave me some preventive maintenance tips for keeping the fridge working properly and lasting longer. I have used this company for years and have found them to be reliable and fair. I highly recommend them. I appreciate their efficiency and the fact that I don't have to wait very long for service from them. They seem to have enough technicians so that I can get service on the same day that I call--or shortly thereafter.

Brad came out to check a washer that had been serviced multiple times by another company, and it would work a while and then stop again. Brad gave a lot of time and thought to what else might be wrong and found a small problem that had been missed. He said he would not charge me until I had given it enough time to see if it worked. He called back 3 times over the next couple of weeks to be sure I was satisfied. It worked well, and only then did he submit his bill. However, the next day it failed again. I called him and he checked with some of his colleagues and called back to say, given the age of the unit, it was better to replace it. He then suggested the best replacement model. He said he would refund what I had paid, but since I so appreciated his time and expertise, I wanted to pay something, so I did pay for part of the bill. I would call him again in a heartbeat. I felt he was very honest and professional and more than fair.

I used the new feature to take a pic of my problem on my cooktop. The company did not know how to fix more computerized appliances and came to tell us they were not able to fix. If I took the trouble to send in pics rhen the right people should have been given for the recommendation . Angie's list failed too.

They were punctual and very pleasant. They did the work clean and quick. It was a great experience with them.

Brad was very professional, he was very knowledgeable about each appliance we had him diagnose. Unfortunately, for Brad each appliance piece had to be replaced instead of repaired. I would have no problem hiring them again to fix any future appliances.

They made an appointment for between 10:00 and 1:00 and they showed up at 10:05! Brad was the technician that came, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He got right down to business and even tilted the machine back so I could clean underneath it. It was a delight to do business with this company, and kudos to Angie's List for recommending them!

This was the 2nd thime this year that Brad form Broad Ripple Appliance has been to my house to fix an appliance. I asked for him this time because of the good work he did on my dryer a few months ago. He did another great job. The leak was the result of a cracked filter and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. He drove out to get me a new filter and helped me clean up the mess behind the refrigerator after we pulled it out. I would strongly recommend Brad.

Our washing machine was ready to go out. It would have cost the same amount to repair it as it would purchasing a new one. The technician Brad was so helpful and went out of his way to explain everything to me. He was very professional and I truly appreciated it. Plus, Broad Ripple Appliance always comes out in a timely manner. It's so nice to know you don't have to wait around for a days to get something repaired like a lot of other companies will do. I would recommend them to anyone.

The repair was quickly diagnosed, explained and repaired. The repairman, Brad, was very friendly and professional.

He’s been very good. He fixed the dryer for $200 and the service call was $70.

I called on a Saturday morning and Brad arrived before 11:00 a.m. It took him a very short time to figure out the problem. He had the parts on his truck and within a hour had the machine up and running. I was so grateful that there wasn't an extra charge for Saturdays, though the price for outside the beltway was a tad bit steeper than I would have liked to see. I will definitely use them again.

|He took the top of the Amana range apart, cleaned all 4 burners, re- |assembled range top and explained why the oxygen ratio had to be correct in |order for the burners to work properly. He was efficient and solved the |problem. We would definitely use this company again.

He was tremendous.. He came out on a Saturday. He did a wonderful job. He took care the problem quickly and efficiently. The pricing was reasonable.

They were really good. They were super-fast and got it done very quickly.

Replaced a knob. Actually called them back to re-evaluate, but it turns out I wasn't operating it properly (burners have inner and outer controls and cycle to maintain consistent heat). They did not charge me for repeat visit.

Brad was my service technician. He was very prompt and friendly. He told me that he has had 38 years of experience in fixing large appliances. After he took the machine apart, he showed me exactly what the problem was and explained what the full cost would be to complete the repair.Then left the home to buy the heating element that was needed.He explained some of the recent changes that my dryer company has made to their machines and I had complete confidence in hiw work. Upon his return with the new element, he had the dryer up and running in no time.

He was very good and nice. He was very helpful and explained everything to me, even giving me advice on how to make my dryer last longer. He preformed the service quick and efficient. I have used them before and will use them again in the future.

Went well as reported to me by my husband. He was very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our Frigidaire water dispenser suddenly quit working. I found Broad Ripple Appliance in Angie's List and they were able to come out first thing the next day. The serviceman, Brad, quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen water line in the freezer door. This would have been a fairly simple problem to fix; unfortunately, I caused additional damage trying to diagnose the problem myself. He fixed the problem and also replaced the water filter. The repair cost was fair given the additional self-inflicted damage. I will definitely call this company next time I need an appliance repaired.

We are very pleased with the excellent service provided. Brad from Broad Ripple Appliance examined throughly both appliances, found and solved the problems, replaced the parts needed, all in a professional and pleasant manner. He explained clearly all he did. Before his arrival, right on time, the washer was spilling water all over the floor and the dryer would not turn on. Since his expert work both appliances are running well. The price was quite reasonable. We are glad we called Broad Ripple Appliance.

Completed work quickly and efficiently. Even offered maintenance advice on the washing machine. Appreciated the repairman's honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use them again when I have appliance issues.

Although it was a simple job the repairman gave me no indication that it was not worth his time. He was genial and helpful.
