Broad Ripple Appliance

Our dryer would run for a few minutes and then stop. It is a stackable washer and dryer. We called Broad Ripple Appliance to come out and diagnose the problem. The lady on the phone was very nice. We were able to schedule an estimate for the morning of the following day. The tech arrived right on time. He was able to diagnose the problem within five minutes of looking at the dryer. Unfortunately, it needed a new motor and heating element. The estimate was between $400-$500. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong. I cross checked the estimated cost of the motor online and it matched up exactly to what was written on our estimate. Due to the age of the washer and dryer we decided to purchase a new system, but I would absolutely call Broad Ripple Appliance for any future repair needs.

WOW! Impressive service. Timely, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest. First, they were able to accommodate my tight schedule. Brad came and was very quickly able to diagnose the issues with the machine. He then provided me with an extensive, honest evaluation as to the choices, pros/cons and costs. I am going to replace the machine and once again he provided in depth information regarding what is available in the market place, and what to look for in the various options and brands. Also, said I could call him if I needed any "technical support" while decision making for the replacement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Service Rep Brad was courteous, efficient, and professional. He promptly assessed and corrected our problem. The interaction couldn't have gone better. We will definitely call BR Appliance again in the future.

The most wonderful serviceman. We have been lucky enough to have him twice in the last year. We declined repair because the costs were going to be close to a replacement. What I loved is that he took the time to educate me on what to look for in a good washing machine. He even gave me his cell number to call if i had any questions as I was looking. Now, that's service!

I left Bill a message and he called back quickly. He was great and easy to set the appointment with. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. Bill was great!

I sent a scheduling message through Angie's List informing that I would call in a half hour. I did and they said they had an opening this afternoon. I asked when and she said between 2 and 4. I said i would be here. I got a call about 15 minutes later and Brad was on his way. He arrived about 2:23 and checked the ice maker and the fan. He determined what needed to be done, and did it. He used some generic parts but they worked with minor tweaking. Great job and I am glad to know they are still in business so they are back on my recommendation list.

Had a next-day appointment available. The representative on the phone was professional, courteous, and took all of my information carefully. She even asked me to check a few things (circuit breaker, etc) in case I hadn't done so before sending someone out. Brad was my technician who called about 20 min. before he came out. Explained everything as he went through each step to determine why my dryer wasn't heating properly. Problem was a burnt-out wire which he was able to quickly repair. He was professional, cleaned up after himself (no lont remained on my floor or in dryer area), and he was quick but thorough. Would hire again.

While BRA was unable to fix my appliances they recommended a factory repair service that could help. They initially charged me for the diagnostic but then credited me back the full amount when I shared some concerns. It's great to find a company that truly cares about it's customers experience and is willing to stand behind their services.

It went fabulous! I called at about 11:30 am, the technician called me about 7 after 1pm, it took me about 20 minutes to get there. He had it diagnosed within 30 minutes, he went to get the part, and had it fixed by 3pm. I would highly recommend them.

Brad, the technician, called me and asked if it was OK for him to arrive a little early for the appointment and I said, yes, please do?our tenants are eager to get the fridge working again. Brad was friendly and courteous and amazingly efficient and really knowledgeable. Extremely professional.too. He adjusted the doors on the fridge and removed blockages from the air channels. The coolness in the fridge returned. He checked it again to be sure. It?s been working great ever since!

I was happy to receive same-day service that was courteous and professional from start to finish. Brad, the repairman, arrived right on time, thoroughly checked out my washer, and gave me the estimate for the repair. He had the part needed for the repair on his truck. I appreciated how smart he was and the fact that he also gave me preventive maintenance tips to keep my washer working well and lasting longer. I have used Broad Ripple Appliance for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service.

I called to inquire what the charge would be and the woman quoted me a $50 service charge. We have a warranty with Home Security of America who have a contract with Duvall. They are supposed to complete the repair work within 48 hours. They informed us they could not get to us before next week and to hire our someone else. We would then pay the provider and be reimbursed. I explained this to the woman at Broad Ripple Appliance and that the repair man that came out would need to confirm repairs with the warranty company before proceeding. They stated they could not do the work because it was under warranty through a different provider. I explained that I would be paying them that day for the repairs but they said they could not come out. I am very disappointed especially with how many good reviews they have on Angie's List.

The technician was very pleasant and knowledgable. He completed the repair quickly.

The Repair Person, Brad, was on time and professional. I was very happy with the service and will use this company for all future appliance repair needs.

Came out same day as called. Fixed my clogged drain quickly. Charged a fair price.

I called Broadripple Appliance about 10AM and Brad was out for the repair about 1:30pm. He took apart the dryer, found the issue and fixed it. He cleaned out all lint from inside the workings of the dryer and all outside vents. He explained what he was doing, showed me the parts. Brad did a great job getting it done and keeping me in the loop. I will call them in the future. This was the first time I have used them.

Very efficient and quick in verifying what I thought the case to be. Most likely it was one of those RIP situations. It would cost as much to repair it as it would to buy a new one. But, he said there was a long shot we could try. Said we needed to leave the unit off til the cooling system cooled down. Said he would contact me to remind me to turn it back on and that he did. Thank you very much. Unfortunately nothing had changed. Still needed to start looking for a new refrigerator. There was no pressure to do this, that and whatever for additional money. Just gave me the straightforward advice to start looking for another refrigerator. Thank you Broad Ripple Appliance.

I called Broad Ripple Appliance and was able to get same-day service. When Brad arrived inside my home, he put on booties to keep from tracking in any dirt or debris from outside. He got my dryer running (he had the parts it needed on his truck) and he allowed me time to clean and mop behind the dryer when it was pulled out from the wall. This is the third time I have used Broad Ripple Appliance and I am really impressed with their service!

Brad came out promptly and quickly diagnosed problem and provided information not only on the problem which prompted the call, but other foreseeable problems with the drum. Really appreciated his depth of knowledge and his thoroughness. Will keep the company's card at hand for other work in the future.

Very good. Brad returned promptly to readdress persistent leaking after the initial fix and we have had no problems since.

Brad came a few months ago and replaced a bad part, a valve I think. We had a little ice for a while, but production dropped off. He came back on 5/30/14 and worked hard to see if he could repair. After checking things out he said something (the condenser?) was really dirty and he cleaned it as much as he could. He did not charge me and said we should wait a few days to see if it got better, if not, to shop for a new refrigerator. Brad has been to my house to work on my clothes dryer, stove and, now, refrigerator. He has always been courteous, professional, friendly and explains the problem clearly. I'm pretty sure our fridge is dead, so we will replace it. But when and if it stops working we won't hesitate to call Broad Ripple Appliance.

My GE refrigerator had stopped cooling. They sent a tech to my home. He checked the evaporator fan, condenser fan and compressor fan. As he did this, the refrigerator began cooling again, leaving me to wonder if this guy had some sort of magic touch. Seriously, I thought I had a Refrigerator Whisperer on my hands. Whatever he is, I want him working on all my appliances if and when they go down.
