They sent a very knowledgeable person out who was able to find the problem right away. We got an estimate quickly and the work was done right then. I will definitely call them again.

Repairman had the part on hand and fixed quickly. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

Our oven stopped heating, contacted Broad Ripple Appliance to come out. They came when they said they would, giving us a 30 min heads up call. Very courteous and helpful. They were unable to help us as we need purchase a new one (ours is about 20 years old) but gave us recommendations and explained everything very well.

The service man told us what was wrong with the dishwasher and unfortunately the parts are no longer made. 16 years for a dishwasher was pretty good! We appreciated his work and help with the situation. Also thanked him for his recommendations for the best new dishwashers available.

It was great! He messaged me back the same day, followed up first thing in the morning to schedule same day service. He was thoughtful for taking precautions due to the COVID19 pandemic. He got the repairs done quickly, cleaned up the mess and the pricing was fair. We would definitely hire him again!

We were able to schedule same day service. They arrived when the promised and were very efficient. I also enjoyed how they were willing to teach me about the repair and how to better troubleshoot the appliance. We would use them again.

Excellent. The washer was 9 years old; drum had broken lose from a mount -- which caused other problems. The serviceman was candid that it would cost more to repair than to replace (and we had already thought that might be the case). He discussed replacements -- what to look for, things to do to prolong the life of the new one. The company was upfront when we called that there was a service charge just for coming out, and we had no problem with that.

When our dryer drum stopped rotating it felt like the end of the world. My husband called the first number he found, a poorly rated company that ended up in the news for scamming their customers. I found Broad Ripple Appliance an checked all of the reviews. The reviews were correct, Brad was fantastic, professional, honest, expedient, and even came back two days later to diagnose a separate issue for no charge. If any other appliance falls apart they will definitely be the first place I go for help. Give them a try, I highly recommend them.

Brad called and advised the cost of the repair for my 11 year old unit would be about half the cost of a new unit, so saved me the cost of the visit. We have used Broad Ripple Appliance before, and this kind of service is why we keep calling them!

Perfect. Brad knows his stuff. Because it was an occasional leak, he determined it was our defrost line. We had another company suggest that it was ice cubes getting stuck in the dispenser and melting. Schesssch. Hats off to Brad.

I found them on Angie's List and they were the ones that could get out next day. I was told that the tech would arrive 9-12 slot. No tech came, and no call, so at 12:30 I called office and was told that the tech would be there- issue with truck. Fast forward to 4 pm and tech comes with no call ahead as promised. I got two differing reasons- one was issue with truck to get there, and running late on prior call. If needed, I would call them if there was no other option. Otherwise, not sure I would call again. Tech stated compressor out on frig, and they did not do this work if we wanted it fixed. Really mixed feelings about using them again.

Carl was very helpful as our technician. After the initial visit to fix the freezer our terminal relay went out. He came back out on his own time to fix it for us within the parameters of a warranty call. He was punctual and responsive. We appreciated his quick knowledgeable service. We also had great service with the scheduler as she was very informed and friendly.

It was mixed. They were quick to come out and assess the matter and thankfully didn't charge me, but I'm not sure the person who came out was really into doing the work. He told me that the machine was a portable dishwasher that was converted to a in place dishwasher. This is not true. I'm not sure where he got his information, but it's clearly not. See attached photo. Not sure this is the company to go with, but admittedly I don't have much experience with appliance repair people.

AMAZING!!! Korrie is extremely professional and easy to schedule with. She gives you all the details and explains the process and lets you know when a tech will be out, and confirms the day and time with you to make sure that is okay, The techs call you to let you know when they are on their way. Which I love! It is just amazing .They are all so kind and sweet and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and did it with excellent manner. Jim is outstanding and professional as well. I had NO problems with this business what so ever. I will highly recommend them to whomever is in need and will continue to use them in the future. Amazing and professional business!

After much miss communication and attitude second appointment to investigate noise on a purchase from just a few weeks ago was a NO SHOW! If you want to get attitude on the phone after you have spent $ on an appliance and have warranty work called a {COURTESY CALL} then this is your company! They also hide from any calls with their BANKER HOURS of operation! UPDATE 9/16/19: I did not find the owners sarcastic voicemail professional or funny. So, I will continue to make reviews until I feel you are sincere in apologizing and making the situation right! I felt his voice message was an ABSOLUTE COWARD that just fails to recognize when they are 100% at FAULT! HONOR YOUR WARRANTIES! DON'T LEAVE SARCASTIC MESSAGES TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SIMPLE WANT WHAT IS DUE TO THEM!!!!! This is a business I have used for many years & Will NEVER allow them near my home again!

Brad came out, spent a few minutes looking at my fridge and then told me he doesn’t work on that model, gave me a few phone numbers of other people and left. I find this unacceptable. I gave the model info to them when I booked the appointment. I scheduled the appointment when I was home. Now my fridge is broken and I will have to take another day off work to get the thing fixed. Thanks for wasting my time BR Appliance.

Our three year old LG french door refrigerator stopped working. I had a two week wait through LG repair, so I put out a request for quote with four local appliance repair companies listed on Angie's List. Broad Ripple Appliance was one of two who contacted me. I really appreciated the lady who answered the phone. She coached me on checking a few things on the backside of the fridge before the repairman came out, to help determine ahead of time what the problem might be. The repairman showed up on time, and ran a diagnostic on it, and eliminated the possibility of it being the circuit board. It appears to be a condenser problem, which he could not fix. They don't repair "sealed systems". The condenser is still under warranty, so I was okay with just paying the service call charge. I appreciated their responsiveness and courtesy.,

Job well done and done quickly. Brad (tech) was professional and courteous. Proper size replacement dryer belt was on on his truck...but he quickly purchased the proper belt from local supplier (less than 30 minutes) and installed. Additionally, while Brad was at parts vendor I called him and ask that he purchase a replacement lint trap too. He did that as well. Very pleased overall!

Diagnostics performed after machine rebooted (unplugged), error code identified, & cycles tested to ensure performance. Advised me to test with a new load, & after observing me begin to add detergent, asked if I had a water softener, then pointed out that I was adding way too much, which may have contributed to the problem. YIKES! So, a service call charge for a possible self-inflicted problem, but grateful that no repair was required. Brad was prompt, polite, & professional. Highly recommend!

The response to my call was very quick. I was surprised how well everything went. The technician spotted the problem quickly and had it repaired in no time. He was very polite, amiable and business like, I was very pleased with the service.

I phoned Broad Ripple Appliance on Tuesday. A very nice polite lady gave me an appointment for the next day, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday morning just after 9 a.m. Brad called to say he would arrive early, and he was here about 15 minutes later. He was friendly and polite. He quickly discovered that an electrical part had quit working, explained the function of the part, showed it to me, and replaced it, He checked the entire operation of the dryer and also removed lint from the dryer and the vent pipe. The whole thing was done quickly and efficiently and soon my dryer was repaired. Brad explained everything he did as he did it. He even went outside to make sure the dryer was venting out there. I was very impressed with his knowledge, ability, and professionalism and I highly recommend him.
