Broad Ripple Appliance

My window of time was between 9-12. Brad called me a little after 9:00 and told me he was on the way. He got started right away. He showed me the broken heating element and gave me a written estimate. After my approval, he got right to work! He had the part we needed, fixed it quickly, cleaned everything out and even checked my airflow to the outside to make sure it was clean and there was good airflow. He was quick, efficient and very polite. There's a reason this company gets the reviews it does! Call them. You won't be disappointed!

Very punctual; called me to see if I could move up the time; which I was more than happy to have them move up the time. They told me the cost up front of the new part and what it would be to install.

We had a bearing fail on our 1+ yr old washing machine. Brad came out on Friday and diagnosed the problem quickly. We had a warranty on the machine, but after calling we found out that the warranty group could have someone out to fix the washer for 10 days. We called back to Broad Ripple appliance and Brad fit us in on Saturday morning (July 4th) and repaired the machine. I have had other dealings with Brad and I have always been impressed. He is a true professional who represents his company well. I have complete faith in this company. I will always call them first for any appliance issue.

It went very well, Brad was very efficent, found the problem in no time and had the new burner installed in no time. He was very professional and polite and intelegent. I could have not asked for a better man to do the job.. He was outstanding..

The service technician was the most professional person I have ever had for appliance repair. Has very competent and explained precisely what the problem was and how he was fixing it. He went beyond just the basic repair and cleaned the entire unit to so as to minimize the chances of future problems.

We were really pleased that they were able to fix a Sub-Zero refrigerator to the point we would not have to consider replacing it with a new one. The ice maker works perfectly and the provider even checked out the seals to insure efficiency. We will definitely use Broad Ripple Appliance Repair again if needed.

They were absolutely wonderful. He is the best and any problems I have with appliances I want him. He was thorough and polite. My refrigerator was leaking at the bottom and he knew what to do. He pulled the refrigerator out and he even cleaned the floor behind the refrigerator. He was excellent.

From the initial call for service to the conclusion of the service, Broad Ripple Appliance personnel operated in a most professional and polite way. The service technician was prompt, courteous, and completed all the repairs required. I have had other service companies prior; however, from no on we will use only Broad Ripple Appliance...they are the best!!!!

Brad came and took great care of my fridge. He arrived within 2 hours of my call and did a great job. I will use this company in the future.

Our just -out-of-warranty dishwasher was leaking. I called a range of appliance repair, many wanted $175 to just come to our house...and even then it would take 3 days before they could fit us into the schedule. I called Broad Ripple Appliance and Brad was actually here within 90 minutes, and the fee to assess the repair was much less than the other companies I'd called. He quickly identified the problem, ran to the store to get the replacement parts, and had it fixed within 90 minutes. I would definitely use them again. Quick, professional, reasonably priced, and best of all a local company.

Everything went well, from setting the appointment to the technician arriving on-time to the washer working great. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I received courteous, professional service from start to finish. Brad was on time and did a wonderful job.

They accepted the job on Thursday, called on Friday with a diagnosis and estimate. One part was available only on E-bay because of the age of the microwave. The part had to be ordered, and I picked up the repaired microwave the following Thursday. Broad Ripple Appliance has been my go-to service for carry-in appliances for 15 years.

All the work stated above went well. Service provider also gave me a $10.00 off credit for a coupon on their web site. Very happy with the experience and the result of my stove now working again.

I called BR Appliance when my dryer stopped drying. The provider convinced me that it was worth repairing the dryer. Also, added that he would save me the time of searching & purchasing a new dryer. He came very quickly. On April 7th, the dryer stopped drying again after only about 20 loads. This is a one person household. When I called the office I was told that it was out of the 30 day warranty. There was no apology and she actually laughed and said I should probably buy new a new dryer. So if you feel that it may be best to buy a new appliance, do so. Don't repair an old appliance.

They were great to work with and scheduling was easy. Dryer was my heating and a fuse needed replaced. Within a few days, however, the dryer stopped heating again. They returned and found a burned out wire to replace that they missed the first time. The return was no charge, as the repair was under warranty, but it was inconvenient to have another load of wet clothes I couldn't dry

Rain water came through dryer vent and hose after a major storm flooded a window well where vent is located. Was worried 2 year old dryer might need replacing. Called for an appointment for the following weekend, but Brad was kind enough to arrive the day I called. He said there was no damage, and actually fixed a squeaking noise that I thought was normal. He suggested letting it run for about 30 minutes to make sure any remaining moisture drys out. Will call again for future repairs as the need arises.

Was able to get a same day appointment, which was great since I happened to be home. Technician was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. Will definitely use again!!

It went great! I called at 10:40 this morning and explained my problem. I was told Brad would be at my home between 12 noon and 2 pm and would call me before he came. He called me at 11:40 and said he was on his way. He started work at about 12:20. He diagnosed the problem and had to go pick up the part because my good ol' Maytag is just that - old - and he didn't have the part on his truck. He returned, showed me what was wrong and what he was replacing, replaced it, boxed up the two still-working components and told me to hold on to them in case I need them in the future. It is now 1:20 and he is done and my good ol' Maytag is back in business! Thanks, Brad and Broad Ripple Appliance!

Original appointment set for between 11-1pm. Repair person called at 10 to say he was on his way. Brad identified and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He was very professional, cleaned up, and got the load of laundry restarted! I used the coupon from Angie's List and saved 10 dollars on the repair. Will definitely use them again should any problems in my appliances arise.

Brad was extremely professional and efficient. He didn't have the part, but left to pick up the part in order to complete the job that day. I would absolutely call for any future issues.

Brad was highly experienced and very knowledgeable about what parts needed to be replaced.

Called on Friday late afternoon and they were able to schedule me the next morning on a Saturday. Brad was punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed options with us to repair. He had the parts on his truck and was done with the repair and clean up in less than an hour.

Brad was very professional and explained what he was doing. He recommended we get our dryer vents cleaned every other year so our heating element would last longer. He was friendly and did a great job.
