Professional and prompt. Came out the next day. Problem was fixed in less than an hour

Fabulous! Broad Ripple Appliance open on Saturday! I called at 8:00AM and my call was received by a pleasant, cheerful voice who took my request seriously and efficiently. Within two minutes she had me scheduled with Brad, who came on time. I cannot say enough about Brad -- professional, smart and upbeat: he immediately diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me as he was solving the problem. He went above and beyond to check any additional problems with our dryer being over ten years old. Finally, he offered suggestions as what to look for in the future. He extended me a generous Angie's List discount. I highly recommend them and am so grateful top notch, professional companies like Broad Ripple Appliance exist! I am back in business running 5-10 loads a day in our busy household.

The refrigerator needed a new cold control unit (thermostat) and I had an ice maker installed as well. The tech who came out, Brad, was very knowledgeable and professional and knew what he was talking about. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem. He also installed an ice maker in the refrigerator (for some odd reason, the prior owners of the house bought the fridge without an ice maker, and for years I bought bagged ice). The refrigerator has been working great (and churning out ice like a champ!). I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Called another appliance repair company and was told that the earliest they could have someone out was over a week later. Called BRA and they had someone out the next morning. Brad (pretty sure that was his name) came out and had the motor out in about 10 minutes, which ended up being the issue, due to a coin stuck in the pump. Cost of a replacement part was higher than expected but it was that or a new one. I understand that sometimes that's out of their hands, but something made mostly of plastic doesn't seem like it should cost as much as it does. I'm not going to fault them for something like that, even though I'm sure there's a markup for them as well. There was no service charge added to that, so it worked out well. Seems a shame to buy a new one so I opted for the replacement part, which he had in his truck. 10 minutes later, problem fixed and he was on his way.

Technician came over on time with a call ahead. He was very helpful. As it turns out, the reason it wasn't cycling was a poorly placed drainage hose (my fault). We then talked about the washer and he gave me several tips about the drainage and different solutions. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He also only charged the service charge for the fix.

Called in the morning to set up a repair time. They were able to come out that morning, called on their way to give an estimated arrival time, and got right to work. Within the hour, my dryer was up and running. Brad, the service technician was very knowledgeable regarding the repair, recommendations to hand on to my dryer as long as possible due to the quality of the dryer, and recommendations for future preventative maintenance. I was very happy with the experience.

Excellent service. They brought me the microwave I originally purchased but it did not work. They took it back and brought me a new one the next day. I thought that their delivery and install charges were tremendously fair.

I called and scheduled them to come out to look at my washer to figure out why it wasn't working. They were very polite over the phone and were able to get out here the next morning. There pricing was very fair but at the end of the day we decided to buy a new machine so no work was performed. Great customer service!!

I own a condo that I rent out, and last December (2015) I called out BR Appliance to look at the refrigerator in my condo because the water & ice weren't working. Brad was wonderfully professional and on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why during the call. Ended up replacing the a part for the ice maker and haven't had issues since. He showed me how the water line in the particular model of refrigerator can freeze, and how to thaw it. Four months later, the tenant in my condo had the water issue in the refrigerator again. We were unable to fix it on our own, so I called BR Appliance again. Once Brad realized he'd already fixed this issue a few months earlier, he showed my tenant how to thaw the water line and did not charge me for the service call. Just absolutely great customer service and a wonderful provider!

He showed up on time and was neat and clean. Immediately diagnosed problem and went to get part and then came back and fixed it. He even rearranged the food in the freezer neater than it was before.

Beth answered my call promptly around 9:30 a.m. and was very thorough in taking my information and promised someone (Brad) could be by between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.Brad called around 10:30 to get the serial number of the stove, so he could make sure he had the right part before coming by. Brad called again about 11:30 and said he was just a few minutes away. Brad showed up a little earlier then promised, replaced the part, checked the new broiler element and all other parts of the oven and range, wrapped things up and was gone in less then an hour. Brad was very professional and courteous and advised us of the manufacturer's warranty on the new part, accepted my payment and thanked us for the business. If you were to devise a "how to" on providing service, these folks could write the manual.

Scheduled appointment for 11am-2 pm and asked for a 1/2 hr call prior to arrival. Indicated Dryer ran but no warm air. Received a call from Brad at 10:30 and he arrived promptly at 11am. Quickly verified everything was OK except heater coil was not working. Changed heater and checked that dryer venting was not clogged. Reconnected everything and by 11:30am he had completed the work and dryer was running. Brad was very helpful with things to watch for, and how to insure the longest life possible for the dryer. I was very pleased with his knowledge, communication skills, and prompt efforts in arriving, and completing the work.

I sent an emai to Broad Ripple Appliance,via Angiies list, late Wednesday evening, 2/3. Received response by 8am the next morning. Repairman was at my house later that morning. He diagnosed the problem, found the needed part, gave me the total cost, and could have returned that afternoon for the repair. He also gave me information and options in the event I wanted to replace my washer. Since I couldn't be home that afternoon, he was at my house at 8:30 on Friday morning, made the repair, and even cleaned up the floor under the washer! I am so impressed by this excellent level of service and want to make others aware of it.

Very responsive. Left message last night; called me mid-morning. I had a good idea of what was wrong with the washer. Brad was fair with his estimate (similar to what others had quoted). Discussed fix vs buy. Brad suggested at the price of the repair on this particular washer that buy would likely be a good option. Talked about potentially repairing myself (I'm quite handy), Brad helped to provide some details on what the repair entail. Should I need his services in the future, I'd definitely consider reaching out to them again.

My clothes dryer started making a screeching, squealing noise on Saturday evening. On Sunday I searched on Angie's List for an appliance repair company and requested a service call from Broad Ripple Appliance. They returned my call at 8:00am Monday morning and I was told a repairman could be at my home between 9-12 and he would phone when he was heading my way. I was also informed of the $69.95 service call charge. Brad phoned and then arrived at my house a little after 10. Brad had my dryer apart, found the problem, gave me the estimate, (I received a $10 discount for using Angie's List) replaced the idler bracket and had my dryer back together and running quietly in less than 30 minutes. Brad was professional, courteous, and did not leave any mess behind. I will definitely use Broad Ripple Appliance again if I need service for any of my appliances and I will recommend them to anyone I know seeking appliance repair.

It went excellent; the problem was we had brand new floor in front of it, and if they hadn?t pulled it out right they could have damaged the floor. There was only about a half-inch space on either side that it could be moved in and out of and so I was really stressed but the guy did a real good job and I was really impressed. I?ve used them in the past and have been really impressed by them. I also hadn?t turned the breaker back on right and they fixed that as well.

Brad, the technician, was prompt and highly professional. He got my washer working great again! I've done many loads of laundry since the repair and it's working perfectly!

I will definitely use Broad Ripple Appliance in the future for any service needs. They also sell reconditioned appliances if you need.

My refrigerator was freezing things in the refrigerator part. Also, there was a rather large ice build up. Brad, the technician, checked out the fridge thoroughly, made several adjustments, removed the ice build up and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again. As I plan to purchase a new refrigerator in the next year, I asked him which brands and models he recommended for my situation and he gave me his professional opinion about what would likely work best for me. I also received friendly, polite service when I booked the appointment.

Brad was the technician, came in and looked at the washer and said he might have some bad news for me. Less than 20 minutes later he came to me and said it wasn't as bad as he thought. He knew the exact washer and manufacturer and date it was made ( I had forgotten that is was 9 years old!). installed some new parts and it now works great!!!!!

Talked with Beth Ann to schedule my appointment and they were able to schedule me within 24 hours. I was given the time frame of 8-11 of when to expect the repair man. Brad arrived promptly at 8AM and got right at it. He was able to figure out the issue with my washer and we determined that it was more costly to repair than it would be to replace. Brad then provided me with some recommendations on good brands and types of washing machines to look for. I appreciated his punctuality and professionalism and would definitely use them in the future.

Brad arrived on time and was very professional, inspected both washers that were broken and advised they were not worth being repaired for the cost of parts. He was thorough in running a test on the electronic model to show me the issue. He recommended a business that sells used appliances.
