Broad Ripple Appliance

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! We called in the morning and the job was done by 1 pm the same day! Brad was friendly, highly intelligent and a completely honest and fast worker. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, went and got the part and installed it and I was doing laundry again before I could blink. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

They were great and saved us money. Brad, the technician, was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

The washer was very short but the ice maker longer because he had to find the part. The guy was very helpful and ideas on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Very good at what he does. Left the area very clean. He explained how things went wrong and how to prevent them.

When I called (about 9:45 am), there was a technician there who had finished up two earlier calls early and he was able to come out directly - since I live 15 min. from the shop, he was here by 10 am. Knew exactly what was causing the noise, had it apart, the pulley replaced, the inside lint vacuumed, and put back together in less than half an hour. Price of $166 for service and part seemed reasonable.

Replaced the element only versus the entire mechanism saving big $$$. Showed up early, cleaned all the lint build up, and lubricated everything as well

Nice, friendly company. I had a dryer that would not spin. Located this company on AL and sent a message for an estimate. I immediately received a response and spoke with a nice lady named Beth. I called to set the appointment, the service guy called and arrived promptly. Even though he had no previous experience with my dryer (Haire) he was able to diagnose the issue and repair. I'm satisfied and the dryer is working well :)

I called Broad Ripple Appliance and quickly got an appointment for the following Friday. The woman on the phone was very friendly and informative. The Technician Brad called Friday morning and was there earlier than expected which we appreciated. He was quick to look at the problem and gave us his honest feedback and our options. Ultimately, the cost of the repair was going to be more than the machine was worth and we decided not to repair the machine. Brad was very honest about pricing, how long it would take, and he even recommended the best machine to purchase to replace this one. I would absolutely recommend Broad Ripple Appliance in the future. From the friendly, honest staff to the quick and affordable service our experience with this company was great.

I called late Monday afternoon and was offered an appointment times for Wednesday or Thursday and selected Thursday because of a potential conflict on Wednesday. Brad called on Wednesday to check and we were clear. He arrived, accessed the situation and then replaced the bearings very quickly. NO SQUEAK!! We are very pleased and will call them again with any appliance concern.

Technician diagnosed problem and determined required repairs in a matter of minutes. Total time taken to diagnose and make repairs, 5 minutes (excluding time taken to acquire necessary parts). Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. Made suggestions to help acquire shelving to replace old parts as well. The accounts person in the office was great to work with as well. Very impressed and pleased with the overall experience.

Ok, after part replaced accidentally broke foot off due to water leak rusted part. Came back & installed new part for free.

Brad was immediately able to diagnose the problem in my fridge and within the hour had a replacement part ready and the fix was done.

I called Broad Ripple Appliance since they are featured on Angie's List. A nice young lady began to set an appointment for tomorrow, but Brad (a technician) jumped on the line and said he could come out right away. I had my girlfriend meet Brad at the house within 30 minutes since I was stuck at work. SAME DAY SERVICE! She said he was very helpful and informative. Brad saved our Thanksgiving! The repair was done quickly and at a fair price. Thank you, Brad! I called this morning and the work was done before I went to lunch. Awesome experience :)

Brad was able to remove the broken bracket and remove the lint trap. He also cleaned out the lint that had accumulated on and around the lint trap. I was very pleased with the service provided by Broad Ripple Appliance. The lady I spoke with was very efficient and was able to schedule my repair for the same day within two hours of my phone call. Brad was friendly, professional. And knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair that you need. I was very impressed and pleased with Broad Ripple Appliance.

My washer had a leak somewhere. Water would leak on the floor during the spin cycles. I called for an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day for the technician to come. I was also told who the technician would be that was coming. Brad was here at the stated time. He was personable and professional. He found my problem promptly and fixed it. He also showed me some easy maintenance things I could easily do to keep my washer in good shape. I would certainly hire this company again.

He gave super service and was willing to give tips of the trade to save money in the future in case the other parts stopped working. He was polite and nice. He was also able to get me in very quickly. I would totally call him again.

Brad was an excellent technician. He arrived on time. Brad explained clearly and thoroughly. On the first visit he diagnosed the problem on a Friday. He did not have the part so ordered it. On Monday morning, he called and installed the part. The dishwasher is working properly now. I also liked that Brad taught me how to lessen hard water deposits inside the dishwasher. I definitely will use Broad Ripple Appliance in the future.

Brad was amazing!!! He came out and determined that my frig needed a new thermostat and my dryer needed a new fuse, saving me thousands of dollars. Additionally, he checked if my dryer vent air flow was good and he educated me about how a refrigerator/freezer really works. I'll definitely use them again!!!

On-time, efficient and positive end result!!!! all within an hour. Of course, it was no fun in having to unscrew & dismount the unit from the wall & cabinet. Brad from Broad Ripple Appliance had all the necessary tool and diagnostic equipment to quickly determine that a simply wire and connection were had come apart. He secured the connection and tested microwave and the issue was resolved. The uninstall and re-install was the majority of the time. I'll certainly call Broad Ripple appliance for future repair needs! $60 Trip charge + $80 repair = $140 total.

I went on Angie's List to find a reputable appliance repair company and selected the first company with outstanding ratings--Broad Ripple Appliance. The technician, Brad, was incredible! He knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it. You can tell he knows appliances "inside and out" and genuinely loves doing what he does. It was worth every penny to have my appliances repaired and not have to buy new ones. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call Broad Ripple Appliance again.

It went fine - it was determined that the door was out of alignment & needed to be taken off & re-attached correctly. One of the things I really appreciated was that when I looked them up on Angie's List there was a spot where I could send a question to the provider which I did. I received a response on a timely basis & a follow up once she had spoken to the technician. Good customer service in my book.

Outstanding. Brad was very prompt, professional, worked quickly, knew exactly what was wrong and what was needed (worked 40 years in the business and started with his Dad). I would call again immediately when I need service.
