Jack clearly has decades of knowledge about sub zero refrigerators and did a great job of cleaning it, fixing our issues, and advising us on how to keep up with our 30 year old fridge. I would hire again in a heartbeat. I originally hired him for fixing a freezer that wasn't keeping cool, but then he showed me two more original parts (again, 30 years!!) that were completely worn out and replaced those as well. He was pleasant and did not mind my one year old curiously crawling all around his workspace and climbing on his step stool.

Was impressed by the friendly assistance provided by Jackie and the expert work done by Brad.

great. They came out to replace the gauge and got the dishwasher working again. Had to order the front panel. When it came in they came out to install it but realized that when it was shipped damage had been done to the panel (this couldn't be seen until the box was opened and the panel was ready to install.) They returned it - ordered another on and installed it when it came. Very fast professional and a joy to work with

Repaired a 20 year old Whirlpool dryer. Extremely knowledgeable about repairs, had parts on the truck and was done in 30 minutes.

If I could give an A+, I would. Office staff was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Brad came out to my home and was outstanding in every way. He went above and beyond in helping me. He was professional, skilled, honest and fair. Even though the two appliances would have required substantial repair and therefore, were not worth repairing, he still provided me with help in choosing and finding the best replacements.

Not well. The technician had to come out 3 times to finally fix the problem. He told me I should have called Duncan Appliance for a Subzero problem. It's now a year later and the problem has returned. This time I did call Duncan Appliance and they are going to be replacing some parts at Subzero's expense.

The service call was originally booked for Monday, June 12the, but Brad the technician had an opening on Thursday afternoon. He tested the oven controls at different temperatures and determined that it had to be replaced. He did so and now the oven works properly. I used an Angie's list coupon on the call. Brad was pleasant and diligent.

Great. Tech determined it was not the dryer but the dryer vent. Unfortunately, he had to charge the minimum service call even though no dryer repair was required.

Problem is leaky sprayer in kitchen sink. Will contact plumber for repair, Used $5 off Angie's List coupon for service. A satisfying experience from initial call to completion of work!

Perfectly. The technician was prompt and professional and had the repairs made in a very short time and clearly explained all the work being done. The dryer works perfectly again.

It went great! The company sent Brad who was very polite and professional. He found the issue quickly and had the freezer running the same day! Gave me the Angie's discount when I mentioned the company.

Advised to get new washer with explanation of repair costs vs. new. Also given help in choosing what elements in new washer were needed for our household. We would definitely call them every time we need appliance repair! Their honesty is so appreciated.

Could not find leak. Washer has not leaked since service call.

Great service, very prompt, courteous and professional. Both Bethanne (in the office) and Brad (technician) were friendly, smart and helpful. The dryer needed a new belt, but Brad didn't just replace it, he added a pulley instead of the existing ( more prone to fail) system that was in there. We're very happy. My teenage daughter, whose primary chore is doing the laundry, is not as happy as we are.

Brad had repaired my refrigerator in the past. However, this time, he said that due to the age of the refrigerator and the cost of replacing the compressor, he recommended that I purchase a new refrigerator. I appreciated his honesty (and the thoroughness of his diagnostic work) and bought a new refrigerator.

tech came and looked at it and said I needed a new one because the pedestal on the back of the tub support was broken and it would cost almost as much to fix it as it would to go buy a new one.

Pros: Quick to schedule Wonderful receptionist Cons: Brad--angriest critter I've ever met. Literally, angry for no cause (hopefully after reading this he will be nice to people or at least grow a soul). Why was Brad so terrible: 1. Called to have dryer repaired. My spouse had been advised to take the back off of the dryer (not by this company though). This was unfortunately bad advice because when Brad showed up he flipped out acting as if my spouse was Judas actively betraying Jesus. Literally, my husband only took off the rear piece and didn't touch anything internally, and Brad acted as if my husband had tore the entire dryer apart, took a bowel movement inside of the dryer, and then expected Brad to make it all better. Brad panicked "I know when to back away from something. I'm not getting involved with putting your husbands mess back together." There wasn't a mess. The screws were bagged and everything was put back together. It took the other repair agency 5 mins to put it back together. So difficult....for Brad. By the way, Brad was only at my home for less than 5 minutes (because my audio recording was only 1:42 long and I started that after he entered my home. So glad he can back away from a problem so quickly without looking at it). If only Brad would have said, "I'm sorry but I'm not able to work on a dryer that has already been tampered with by your spouse, etc" or been more professional I would have understood and accepted that he couldn't help me or wasn't able. I get it because maybe he's been screwed by bad customers in the past and was taking precautions. However, even as I adamantly explained that I just wanted his assistance he became even more irrational. He refused to assist me. And then he just left. I ended up voice recording our transaction because he was just such a jerk. I wish I would have videotaped it for someone to see his whiny face and hand movements. Basically, Brad was upset because he didn't want to work on Friday. He didn't charge me a service fee (surprisingly) but that would have involved more work and well that's not for him. 2. Just came unannounced into my home. However, I understand why he did this now because he's angry at life as he doesn't know how to be professional or respect boundaries. 3. Unprofessional and just a jerk. Learn some tact and some flexibility for that matter. This is probably a great company but if Brad is your technician make sure you don't ask for him on a Friday....especially after 1... Went with another company who came out and fixed the dryer 2 hrs later without complaint.

They were able to schedule something within a few days of me calling. The technician was unable to diagnose the problem, so he did not charge me for the visit which was very unexpected.

Excellent. It turned out to be better to get a new one than repair the old one. The technician ever gave me good recommendations!

Beth Ann was so wonderful, she scheduled an appt for me but then suggested I clean the outside vent. She said if that didn't work shou could suggest a professional service to come out. I will NEVER call any other appliance repair service. How honest and helpful!! Haven't had this kind of service in years!!! Thank You Beth Ann and Bill!!!
