Branch Electric

We had just had new cabinets installed and realized we did not have an out let for the microwave. Branch did an outstanding job installing the outlet and did not leave a mess. They made sure they left the area just as they found it.

Went great, poor guy had to wedge himself up an access panel in a small closet to get to the attic to do the job. No complaints, great attitude.

I can't say enough good about Noah and his team! Noah was very responsive to my initial call, and discussed a variety of options for me, explaining the pros and cons of several ideas I had with things in my new condo. Next, he was very accommodating regarding scheduling. I had asked for a late afternoon or evening appointment, and Noah has an electrician on staff who is willing to work later in the day. I couldn't be more grateful, because I work full time. The electrician arrived on time. We had a slight communication problem because they had my work number instead of cellphone, but that got straightened out very quickly. The guy took his time, and explained things as I asked questions along the way. (I am one of those who hovers, and am so grateful when a service provider is willing to explain! It can sometimes bug some providers, but not these guys!) In addition, he was great about suggesting improvements for a future visit, and asking me color options for plates. My condo is older, so it had some older wiring, and some poorly installed electrical boxes. One GFCI took quite a bit of time due to some of these issues, but everything turned out beautifully! My new light fixtures are nice, I now have GFCI protection in the kitchen and bathrooms! I plan to have Branch Electric back to install recessed lighting in both bedrooms, my Living Room and Den (if possible!). As well as fixture replacements in both bathrooms (the bathrooms will be remodeled, so they were not included in this work order). I'm very happy to have my electrician! And thankful to Angie's list for helping me find them! For those reviewers who seemed to have issues, I'm surprised. Branch Electric is busy because they are GOOD. It is worth waiting for them. Noah was great about using the Angie's list deals in my pricing, which was terrific.

Justin, the electrician, is a pro. He represented the company well--professional and efficient. I will definitely use Branch again.

Took 3 phone calls to schedule an appointment. Was not responsive to initial email via Angie's list and had to call several times just to get a call back.Took another call back to schedule. Service technician was very nice and polite. Did job as requested. I think they need a receptionist to be able to schedule folks.

Although the price was high we were very pleased with the quality of the work.

Came as scheduled despite having to deal with a difficult business situation earlier in the day. Performed his work without issue and was friendly and professional the entire time. I was impressed with his diligence in working in existing premises. Performed the pole light investigation at no charge. Will not hesitate to use his services again.

They did excellent work. Two of the fixtures were damaged. They were very patient in fixing the damage in once case and waiting for me to buy a replacement for the other one. Provided a lot of good information. Even helped to diagnose a problem with a under the counter light. Great job. Highly recommended.

It was a top notch experience. I purchased Branch Electrics deal for hanging 2 lights for $99.00 through Angie's List. Noah followed up and set a time. He was professional and pleasant from tthe start. When we set the appointment I described the job and he indicated that the need to add another box and move the current box would have an additional fee of $85. Noah showed up a few minutes early - always refreshing! He did a great job of working with us to make sure the spacing of the lights was what we wanted and what he is seeing on other jobs. Noeh was fast and very professional in his work and conversation. Noah used a drop cloth and when he left the kitchen was clean as though he had never been there. The additional costs were just as Noah had quoted and we are very happy with the work performed and the value of our purchase.

I hired Branch Electric to repair some home inspection issues on a house I am selling. He fit me into his schedule promptly and showed up on time. He was professional and did nice work and offered a lot of good advice while he worked on my issues. I would hire again for anything I might have.

He was personable, and did everything he said he was going to do. He also pointed out some items that needed maintenance and did that for me as well. The job went fine and I was pleased with it.

It turned out great. I liked him. He did a great job. It went over the $99 because I had other stuff I had him do. He was here quite a while. He was patient, didn't waste time, and made everything easy.

Noah was awesome. He is a great communicator. He showed me what his plan was and worked with me to determine where to install the under the cabinet switches before-hand. This was great because it allowed me to consider multiple placement factors. He was very flexible and provided options for to think about what would be best for me and my family. The custom approach is really appreciated. For the fans, he showed me the safety options which provides peace of mind that the fan will not fall on me in my sleep! I would definitely use Branch Electric again Noah is the best electrician I have used.

He was very good. He was excellent. I thought the price was pretty good, that it was a decent price. He was very thorough and neat and punctual. I would call him again.

Noah was very friendly, explains anything you want explained, very knowledgeable. Never felt like I was being "gouged" or talked into anything I didn't need or want. Helpful about other electrical issues in the house. Went above and beyond what I expected. Very responsive to calls and questions.

He was great, and even came out to do the work during a snow storm.

I had an issue with one of the lights in my garage not working. Since it only took him a few minutes to fix the problem, he spent the rest of the time checking the circuit box and replacing the wiring for the garage door opener to provide the two hours of work that were in the deal. He was very professional and helpful, passing on additional information on the electrical circuits in the house.

They installed a ceiling fan and a bathroom fan through the deal. They did a good job with the work and I had them do some other work as well. They installed some light bulbs in the ceiling. I later found the same light bulbs for a less cost at the hardware store. They also installed a light in my laundry room that turns on when you open the door. He did a really good job on that work and I love it. Overall, it was a fine experience.

Everything was great just found better price.

It was just one tech but he was great. I needed some new wiring put in some old sockets. He was only at the home for a couple of hours.

Noah was punctual and professional. I purchased the Big Deal and ended up ordering more work. I would definitely hire him again.

Arrived on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. Work was excellent and met all of my expectations. There was a scheduling mix-up regarding the day, however Noah more than made up for it in extra services and going the extra mile. I would definitely use him again.

He even checked the connections on my electrical panel at no charge which was going above and beyond what I expected. I felt totally confident that my electrical system was in good working condition by the time he left. I will be calling him for all of my electrical needs in the future. He was great when I finally got him here. He forgot to call me back after my first call, he had to do it when it was convenient

Changed a plug with new parts. Explained why the TV receiver was causeing the treadmill to interfer with tv transmission.
