It was great. They were on time, did exactly what we asked them to do. They clean up when they were done. They did a fine job. I would recommend them.

IT went just fine, Justin was very professional ,he came on time and checked all of the switches and outlets in the master bedroom. I think it took him about 2 1/2 hours , I'm just glad that every worked when I changed the lights on.

2 tech's did a good job. There was a slight issue with box being against cement. Code says it can't be on cement any more. This part was fine but they asked for money to put in a 6 inch piece of conduit. Overall though they did a good job.

OK. Didn't get much out of it. Looked at our electrical box and water heater connection. Changed one wall switch (cost extra for switch) and looked at a light fixture in garage.

They were able to do job quickly and the price was reasonable as well as fixing an additional issue with the line.

He worked for about 8 hours and he did excellent. I am extremely satisfied at this point and will definitely hire him again in the future! We are happy that it ended up going smoothly and we are appreciative.

I purchased a coupon for a service panel replacement but neglected to note I had a 200amp panel and the deal only covered one for 100amps. A rep from Branch Electric got in touch with me immediately and helped me process my options. Though I didn't not decide to have the panel changed this year, I will gladly seek them out to change the panel in the future.

It went great! Justin from Branch Electric arrived at 9:00 a.m. at the time the owner, Noah, said he would arrive. He got to work quickly and completed both tasks within 1 hour and 45 minutes. The exterior light and sensor were replace and now work fine. The new light on the rear of our home also works great. We bought an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of electrical labor for $158.00. We supplied the light sensor and two light fixtures which were purchased from a local hardware store.

This was an Angies List Deal. The company contacted me promptly. The job was scheduled on a convenient day. They arrived on time. They discovered that the box they planned to install was too big for the location in the utility closet. They indicated that the smaller panel that would fit would cost an additional $250. After calling the manager regarding the cost increase, the smaller panel was installed at no extra charge. The crew was professional and courteous.

Noah, never answered or returned phone calls. He seems to only want to communicate by email. For whatever reason, he was "miffed" by the fact that I was able to purchase 2 vouchers (1 from May, 2016 and 1 from September, 2016). My understanding is that vendors agree to sell a certain number of vouchers and when they sell out, they sell out. Although he sold $316 of vouchers to us, in his reply he said he didn't want to come out and spend 4 hours. So I sent him another email saying we could break it up into 2 visits (makes no sense to me). I never received any reply until AFTER I'd called Angie's List to ask for a refund and complain about the vendor's lack of communication. Everyone has different experiences. My experience with Branch Electric was horrible.

I purchased a deal with this provider on 8/5/16. I called them, sent emails and filled out the contact form on their website. I still have not heard anything from them as well.

The service provider was effecient and curteous.

My power kept going out. They came diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and gave me a quote for the services. I subsequently had them come back and replace the line between my two breaker boxes and the overall price came in well below their quote. Great service. Highly recommend.

Our crawl space is in pretty bad shape, which is the reason we are having work done. However, to install the new pump, we needed a new outlet installed. Electrician arrived on time, and completed the work in the estimated time. This was a dirty, difficult job. Was very pleased with the results and workmanship.

Added an outdoor flood light fixture without conduit. Finished product has a clean look and works perfectly. I am happy with the work done.

The owner, Noah, was responsive and made it easy to get on the schedule. The technician who came out was running early, and gave me a courtesy call to make sure that was ok. He was professional and very careful to make sure his measurements were exact. He had to drill a hole in the dry wall and left to mess at all. I actually had him look at other odd electrical jobs around the house as I plan to have him back!
