Description of Work: They were very prompt in responding to our inquiry and scheduled our service 2 weeks after we purchased the online deal. They removed a wall light fixture and installed ceiling pendant lights. We would use Branch Electric again!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for light fixture installation. I received a very prompt and courteous reply from Noah. I was unfortunately in a time crunch and we could not find a time that worked for both of us, so I had to go with another contractor. I would do business with him again.

Description of Work: Deal was for installation of two light fixtures. My requirement was to check my installation of two sensors on two outside flood lights ( which did not work after my attempt to get them working). Service provider indicated what I had was a trouble shoot plus a potential install of replacement lights and quoted $175 just for the trouble shoot. I am sure the problem is my switching out of the sensors... I did something wrong in reconnecting the replacements and I don't need new floods. So this should have been a simple check and reconnect of wiring. As the provider was not willing to do that under this deal I told him I would cancel and he agreed.

Description of Work: Had a humming noise in the house and I wanted an electrician to check it. He was very thorough and professional. He checked the house, turned off all power, even got in crawl space. No cause was found. He was here for at least a half hour. He did not charge me. Nice guy.
