Bowman's Carpet Care

I did have Bowman's Carpet Care, LLC come out and clean my carpet. They always do such a nice job. The last time I used them was last Thursday and it was like 79 or 75 dollars. I have had another company for years but their prices have gone sky high. Bowman's Carpet Care is cheaper. They did a Karastan rug which I had not cleaned in years. It did turn out really bright and pretty. My phones aren't looking too well, I had an old phone but I couldn't get to the jack that was behind the secretary. I asked him if he could help me to move the secretary a little bit and plug it in and he did and that's why I can answer my phone much quicker. I would grade him 'A' on everything. I would use this provider again in the future.

They do a good job. Punctual and friendly.

They arrived at the scheduled time. I asked them if they could clean the stairs as the third room. They agreed to that for a small additional charge. The carpeting looked much better and they were very professional.

I purchased a "Big Deal" to have my kitchen ceramic tile floor cleaned and sealed. I added on two ceramic tile bathroom floors and a carpeted porch for steam cleaning. I have used Bowman's Carpet Cleaners before and once again they were prompt, professional and did a great job!!! My floors look like new! We will use them again!

A family business - operated the right way. This is the 2nd time we've had Bowmen's clean the well-used carpeting in our home - dog. 3 kids. etc. - Fair prices, excellent quality, always professional and honest - highly recommended.

They were referred by another Angie's List provider. The carpet cleaning was good. They responded immediately and were on time for their appointment.

They had good communication and responded to my emails very promptly. However, I was simply to busy too have them complete the work as scheduled, but would consider using them in the future.

They were very punctual and professional. They made sure to explain what they were going to do and completed the job in a very timely manner. They prepped the area (mats on the hardwood floors and corner guards). The carpet and sofa looked like new and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were pretty quick and did what they had to do. It was okay but it was very wet. The carpet took about three days to dry. They were very nice people, but I just think that I wouldn't use them again because of the result, too wet for a carpet cleaning.

They were good. I hadn't used a new carpet company in quite a few years.

Provider showed up ahead of schedule and performed work according to the Angie's List deal I had purchased. Cleaning was done in upstairs rooms and hallway, including the stairs leading up to the second floor. As suggested, I did not go up there to see the work until much later in the evening after the carpet on the stairs had dried. Once upstairs, I realized that they had accidentally missed one of the 4 rooms I had showed them to do. Upon calling them back, they were quick to come out that same week to re-do that fourth room. All services were handled very professionally and I was very pleased with the results. I'd hire them again!

He was excellent. He did a great job. He was very, very good plus he was really helpful. We've got a long upholstered couch and I talked to him about cleaning the cupboard and he said I can definitely clean them for you but you can do just as good if not better if I wash them out which I did. His work was good and I liked his suggestion.

They were very friendly, yet professional and showed up timely on the first house, but called and said they were running behind on the second house, which was fine. I would highly recommend Bowman Carpet Care to anyone.

It went very well. The provider was punctual, and polite. The provider worked with my scheduled and came during the week after I got off work. The cleaning was very time efficient.

I have never used Bowman's. I purchased a deal and did not have high expectations. The 2 man crew (which included the owners) were on time, thorough and polite. They shared with me that they are a family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work. I had them clean carpet in the only room that has not had the carpet replaced and is on its last leg. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get this carpet. As a result, I don't have to rush to replace it.

Bowman carpet cleaners have cleaned our carpets twice in the past. They show up on time and at our convenience. I will be hiring Bowman Carpet Cleaning again.

I called (early) the morning of, so I was pleasantly suprised to receive a phone call back (almost immediately) indicating they could have a technician at the house by 4:15p, same day. I worked until 4pm, so the timing was perfect. It should be noted that I contacted another company who never contacted me back. I arrived at 4:10p, and at 4:30p the technician had not arrived, so I called Bowman's number. The owner indicated he would call the technician and find out an ETA. I received a call back within 5 mins indicating the technician was "on his way" and would be there within 10 mins. No problem. At 5pm, the technician arrived. Very personable guy (Denny) who answered all of my questions concerning the service. I mentioned to him that even though the owner said the $89 special was removed from Angie's List (it's still there with 294 days remaining as of this morning), they would honor the price for 3 rooms/hallway. I have pets, so I specifically wanted to ensure that the house I rented had no remnants of "pet smell" or "urine". After explaining the steam cleaning process, the technician went to work. The carpet came back to life immediately. There were a few "set in" stains that could not be removed with this process. Understandable. Denny did a wonderful job and I thought any animal smell was removed. Denny took the time and gave special care to the areas I believe were "pet favorites". I appreciated that personal touch. This morning I went by the house (my former landlord will be doing a 'walk-thru' today) to make sure the carpet was dry and to turn off the overhead ceiling fans and check the smell. I did smell a slight odor in one room, but I believe it was the pre-treatment used, so I was very pleased. The "inspection" is today, so I'm confident the carpets will pass with flying colors. I will be using Bowman's for carpet cleaning on my newly purchased home. Aside from being late to the appointment (it happens), I thought they did a great job and would recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers. Thanks.

I took a day off work to have my carpets cleaned before Christmas. Bowman's arrived on time, but regretfully informed me that they could not service us due to frozen water in their truck. We rescheduled for Saturday morning. I recieved a phone call 5 minutes after their due arrival time, and they informed me that they were having issues with their truck. I aksed how many trucks they had. He replied"one". They wanted to reschedule again, but I asked for a refund. They were very apologetic.
