Wonderful, arrived on time did a great job, explained what he was going to do and gave the estimated time of completion. The price was more than fair. In fact use another company before paid twice as much. I definitely would recommend!

Everything went great. Gentleman was very courteous. I had two spots I wanted to go over again and there weren't any questions asked.

My carpet looks great! They even got most of the pet stains out. The pet smells in my couch and chair are gone. I received a phone call a few days later asking if I was happy with the service provided. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

So easy, I called to schedule the carpet cleaning and then used their app to follow progress and pay on-line after the project was completed. I got an Angie's List special and they were clear on the phone what that would cover and that what I needed would cost a little bit more, so there were no surprises after the job was done. I can't review the quality, as I had moved out and never saw the end result.

Mike and Chase are an impressive team. I noticed another reviewer make this comment- If I could rate Bowman's Carpet Care more than an A, I would! I chose Bowman's because I know that they are a local, family-owned and operated business, and they have the best reviews of any other carpet cleaning on Angie's List! I have had Bowman's clean my carpet and upholstery at least twice a year for the last 4 years. Their prices are always fair, and they send great coupons to their customers. Bowman's is the most professional carpet cleaning company I have ever worked with. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Call them! They will arrive on time, make your carpets look new, and provide awesome customer service!

I bought a big deal for this service and they were fair. They scheduled me about two weeks after I called them because they were busy. In the meantime I found a better deal, but I had already scheduled them so I stuck with them. A young guy came to do it and, I mean, my rugs weren't bad so there was not a while lot to compare it to, but just where the rugs were, I can still tell a difference. I was expecting it to be a little bit better, but they were okay. I would not choose to go back to them, but there was nothing that was wrong with it. He was under par and was late getting there. But, those things happen, I was home anyway. I did not think too much about that. It was more convenient than I had expected, but I got exactly what I paid for. Setting it up and everything they were pretty accommodating. I kind of expected more but maybe that was my problem. I am a hard to please customer. They were late, but they called. Their professionalism was good on the phone and when they came.

If I could rate Bowman's higher than an A, I would! I was not only pleased with the level of professionalism but also pleased with the cleaning of my carpets. I called to schedule my appointment not realizing it was a holiday. Michael Bowman just happened to be at the office and answered the call. He took the time to schedule me even though they were technically closed for the holiday which I thought was a great example of quality customer service. I received a text confirming my appointment. I received one when the technician was on his way and a final one confirming the completion of the job. Chase was actually early for the job and was extremely pleasant. He did a thorough walk through and went straight to work. He finished early and took the time to explain what was done as well as answer any questions. I would highly recommend Bowman's and plan on using them whenever I need my carpets cleaned. They are impressive.

Mike and the crew from Bowman's did a fantastic job. Had they do 3 rooms, a hallway and our staircase. Even sent me a text when they were in route. Extremely helpful service and did a fantastic job cleaning the spots up and extracting the carpets. I will be calling them back to do my furniture and the entire upstairs of my house as well. Highly recommend!

They did an out standing job. They arrived on time and did the 4 room package. My carpet is old and once they were finished, it looked years younger! Will call them again in the future!

I have 2 sizable dogs so it was an uphill battle from the start. Bowman's technician was on time, polite, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. The carpet looked and smelled a lot better. For $110, I will def be using their service every 6 months. The owner, Mike, is also polite and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied.

Bowman efficiently pretreated and cleaned our dirty carpets. They were very professional, quick and thorough. Both gentlemen were very personable and got the job done quickly. They did not "nickel and dime" me badgering me to add other services with the cleaning ( like a large national brand company does). I appreciated that they did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They gave us a very reasonable estimate to clean our finished basement carpet and stairs also. I will definitely call them again to clean our carpets!

I purchased the Big Deal, he cleaned 3 additional rooms. My carpet looks amazing. Mike was great with scheduling my appointment. We were not even home when they were at my house. The technician called and told me he was running late. He was very kind and did a great job!

I would not recommend them. They arrived and said they were supposed to be somewhere else. They cleaned my carpets in 15 minutes. I was not happy with them. The baby got sick because they used something that the baby was allergic to. I would not use them again. They were okay with pricing. They were here on time. It was a poor job.

Did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets and even got out stains another company could not get out!!! Quick, professional. In the past, I have felt nickeled and dimed by a competitor, but aside from a tough stain treatment and our double stairway cost, the cost was the cost. Great service!

It went fine. Two guys showed up they were very pleasant. THey were here for an hour an they were done. My carpets look great.

Everything went extremely well. They did a great job and arrived right on time and performed the service. In addition they were very courteous and accommodating.

We were not satisfied with the service we were provided. After the initial conversation with the company there was very poor communication. The workers who came to house were not informed that I couldn't leave work until noon and wouldn't be home until about 12:15 and I had several missed calls and messages that they were there waiting (since 11:30) and were going to leave if someone didn't get home soon. The workers were very friendly when they were at the house. There was one area in particular that we needed the urine treatment. When setting up the appointment the person I spoke with indicated they would assess the area and decide on the best treatment to take care of the area depending on the severity. I showed the 2 workers the area that we were most concerned about and they cleaned the area. I paid the difference since we got the urine treatment which was not provided in the original package. The next morning, after the carpets had dried the urine smell was still there. We called them the next business day and let them know the smell was still there and they scheduled a time to come back out. They said the soonest they could come out was in 3 weeks, which was ridiculous. A few weeks after rescheduling with them they called and said they needed to come out on a different day because they had picked up a bigger commercial job that they needed to do. My husband told them the time/day they wanted to come wouldn't work because no one would be here. They weren't very pleasant that we couldn't switch times. We were scheduled to have them come at 11:30 on a Monday. A few days prior to our appointment we got a text confirming our appointment at 9:30 that Monday. Even though that wasn't the time we had originally scheduled, it worked so we didn't change it back. Knowing it wouldn't take more than an hour we scheduled a doctor's appointment for our daughter the same day at 11:00. When no one was here by 9:45 my husband called and they said they wouldn't be there until 11:30. My husband told them about the 9:30 confirmation message and they blamed it on the computer. My husband told them that we had an appointment at 11:00 since they said they were coming at 9:30, but should be home right around 11:30, maybe a few minutes after but we could still do the 11:30 time. Mike (the owner I assume) was very condescending during the whole conversation and said they wouldn't wait for us and would leave if we weren't there at 11:30. I found this to be ridiculous since it had taken them 3 weeks to get back out for a job they didn't complete the first time and then had sent us the wrong time. Mike then proceeded to tell my husband they shouldn't even have to come back out because there was no way they could get the area cleaned anyways due to the severity of the area. Isn't this something that should have been told to us before they even cleaned it the first time? If they knew they couldn't clean it properly then we should have been told that at the start when it was first assessed, instead of them pretending to clean it knowing it wasn't going to get the smell out. They refunded us the money we paid for the stairs and never did come out. We received our check quickly but no note accompanied it apologizing or anything like that. I was very disappointed and will NEVER use them again or refer anyone to them.
