We had 2 rooms (family room and master bedroom) and hallway cleaned and deodorized (carpet). David was extremely professional, prompt and very easy to work with. I have use multiple carpet cleaning services in the past but they are, by far, the best I have ever used. They did a very professional and great job on our carpets. We have 2 dogs and lots of traffic. You cannot even tell. I would recommend them to everyone!

Bowman's representative contacted me shortly after I purchased the Angie's deal. Appointment was scheduled for 3 days later to do the carpet cleaning. Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning carpets in 2 bedrooms, the dining room, the home office, stairs and a hallway. As the technician promised, the carpet dried very quickly - within a couple hours. This is a much better result than we've had from other companies previously.

Unfortunately, it didn't go well at all, and they did a very poor job with the cleaning. The areas of carpet that they treated became lighter than the surrounding carpet, and the carpet itself was still wet a day after the cleaning. Furthermore, there was no clear line of communication when I called the company to inform it of the issue. Ultimately, I had to have another company come out and do the cleaning again.

They were polite and on time. They did a very thorough job and got it done quickly.

They did a great job! The carpets look great but I was especially pleased with the tile floors. The grout looks like new! We have had tile floors cleaned in a previous house and it didn't look nearly this good. I will definitely call them every time we need our floors cleaned.

It was fine. The rugs looked nice when they were done. The man was very courteous.

They did a beautiful job. The master bedroom has white carpet, and it had several spots that I could not remove. They w Were able to remove the spots, and the carpet dried beautifully. I will call them again, for all carpet cleaning.

Bowman's cleaners were friendly and efficient. They arrived later than scheduled but called me in advance to let me know of the delay. The carpets look good. I would use them again.

Excellent work--I purchased a Big Deal that covered most of the square footage of my house that is carpeted, and asked about the cost of doing the rest of the carpet as well. His pricing was very reasonable I thought, and the carpets looked great after they were cleaned. Definitely recommend.

WENT GREAT......SECOND TIME USED.

Mike Bowman and his associate did a great job for what I consider to be a low price. They cleaned all the carpeting upstairs and on the lower level of the house including the stairs. They did an excellent job on worn traffic areas and removed all spots resulting from spills on the carpet.. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with job they did. They were totally professional, courteous and worked diligently on all the trouble spots.

Carpets are very clean, especially considering the fact that they're older carpets. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was on time, friendly, and made sure I understood what he was doing and what I needed to do once the carpets were dry. I purchased their deal on Angie's list for $89 and paid an extra $32 for the stairs, and felt I got my money's worth. There was one issue that came up (he forgot to clean under the sofa), but when we called to let the company know they immediately scheduled a time to come out and fix the problem. We would definitely use them again!

They were very prompt at scheduling and easy to communicate with.It was for a rental property carpet cleaning and didn't realize the property manager took care of it for us.

The men arrived on time and were very polite. After taking a look at the areas to be cleaned, they proceeded with their work. It was amazing to me how quickly and efficiently they worked. But the best thing was that they got ALL of the stains that our new puppy made out of the carpets. Before they came, I was considering replacing the carpeting. It looked that bad. Now that it was clean, it looked great and I didn't have to worry about getting new carpet. One of the men gave me an additional $ 20 discount when it came time to pay because he said they currently had a "special" on that I wasn't aware. Nice people, wonderful service!

My experience was fine. I would use them again. They were prompt and neat. They were courteous in my home. The results of the cleaning were good.

The provider put in a huge amount of time and effort to clean the tile and grout. In addition, he was very generous in the square footage he was willing to clean for the Angie's List deal price. The only reason I gave him a B instead of an A was because we were both a bit disappointed in the final appearance of the grout. In fairness, I must add that the tile is 10 years old and had never before been professionally cleaned.

These guys are great! They are super friendly and run a tight ship. I had in-laws coming in for the weekend and wanted to clean the basement. Due to the brutal winter, salt stains were on the stairs along with other outdoor debris. The cleaning took just over an hour and they educated me on how long we needed to wait until the area was usable. I will use this company in the future for any cleaning needs.

Excellently. I felt that a great effort was put into cleaning all the spots on our carpet. Even though it is a very old and very stained carpet, we got a good result.

They cleaned a few rooms of carpet. There were no additional fees for the service. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. They did a great job.

They did what they were supposed to and everything is sparkly and clean. I was pretty happy with them. I did have to pay a little more because the square footage was more than the deal covered.

They were not able to do what I wanted them to do. They were not able to clean the tiles. They were nice and everything but it just did not work.
