Description of Work: I hired Bowman's to clean and stain-treat two rooms and a hall. I had several dark stains from previous pets that had been cleaned by other companies but the stains kept returning. Three months later my carpet still looks great! The workers were courteous, professional, on-time, and the work was done fast! I will likely call Bowman's again when my carpet or upholstery needs to be cleaned.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the Angie's List specials with this company. When Bowman's arrived, I was disappointed to learn they would not move any of my furniture to clean the carpet. The carpet that was cleaned was done well. Next time I will read the fine print more carefully.

 + -1 morei called this company when i saw an advertised special thru angies list on my e-mail. spoke to the owner who was professional and got an appointment date quickly. when they arrived, it was quick and easy. they went right to work, ask good questions, like, do i pets in the house, do i have allergies, etc. they were very nice and encouraged me to ask them questions about what they were to do. and i did, of course. it took less than an hour and the carpets looked like new and the house smelled fresh and clean.
Description of Work: the owner and a young man vacuumed, cleared areas, placed plastic corner protectors around, steam-cleaned carpets, returned furniture to carpet and placed on foam blocks, applied carpet treatment and cleaned up.

 + -1 moreI purchased the Big Deal for carpet cleaning with this company. I have several birds and I was concerned about the chemical fumes that could be emitted during the cleaning. He had no answer. He said I'd prefer not to do the job. I asked about MSDS sheets. He didn't have the sheets even though they were required. He said he would have to check but he didn't want to do the job. I said I would contact Angies List and leave a report. He said, "You can't because I didn't do the job." He called back two hours later and said he had contacted the chemical company, so he said, but he still did not want to do the job even though it was already paid for.

Description of Work: Robb was asked to clean one room that had older spots I wanted removed. However after seeing the results of his work I asked him to stay to clean several more rooms and our stairs. I was very impressed with his cleaning process and the quick drying time.

He was able to get each and every stain out. Our carperts look brand NEW! He was very professional and I will never use anyone else.
Description of Work: The Dirt Robber cleaned my carpets on the lower level, the stairs and the hallway on the second floor.
