I called on relatively short notice, and they were able to work me into their schedule. I received a text to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional, and did a nice job.

Great, worked with our schedule, did a great job, very professional. Gave some great recommendations for cleaning a tile shower, did not try to push any unnecessary services. Will definitely use in the future *The date of service is approximate, forgot to submit the review at time of service.

Fabulous! They texted after I made the appointment to confirm date and time, texted when they were on their way to my house, showed up right on time and cleaned our stairs and hallway. They were both courteous and informative and I was very pleased with how our carpets turned out.

Mike and his assistant did a great job! We had never had our tile professionally cleaned, and we are amazed at how great it looks now! The grout and tile had darkened over time, but this cleaning made the floors look like new again! They use a text system that sends you a reminder about their appointment time/date. They send it during the week of the appointment and again on the day of the service. Then they send a confirmation text that they had completed the job as well. They were so polite, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again not only for tile cleaning, but also to do our carpet cleaning. It took them less than 2 hours to complete the job.

I had a big rug underneath the dining room table and they turned the rug for me so that the ware spots were hidden. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

Excellent overall. Easy to schedule, prompt arrival, very professional, and good about discussing what to expect (including dry time and care). Our technician not only cleaned out the 'regular dirt' but removed stains that I did not expect to come out! Their price was much better than others in the area and our carpet still looks great 5 months later. I would definitely use them in the future.

Everything went fine. They were quick to respond to get something scheduled. There were two people cleaning the carpets.

They were wonderful, very considerate and clean. They were even able to get into places that most carpet cleaners miss. They did a great job on the stairs, which was one of the areas I had been concerned about.

The day they were scheduled we had horrible weather conditions. There was a winter storm warning and the roads were terrible. They canceled most of their appt's for that day, but we are located very near their business location, so they decided to come ahead and do the job. They were late because of needing to dig out their truck from the snow, but they got there and did a great job in a timely manner. We really needed the carpets cleaned on that day because we were about to have new furniture delivered. But we didn't tell them that to push them to come. They just came! We appreciated it so much! They did great work and we would happily recommend them to anyone!!

It went okay. They did a decent job but didn’t follow up on some of the follow up things they had said they’d do. We had talked about cleaning our stairs and our couch.

I went with them because of all the rave reviews but I wasn't all that shocked. It didn't seem exceptional to me. I can't give them an excellent. They were prompt and very friendly but I didn't think the quality of the cleaning was anything above and beyond what I've got from other providers. They were very responsive.

Great! One word that says it all. From my initial inquiry about their services with Mike to the actual service call with David (Mike's son) and Joe, all aspects of the job couldn't have gone smoother. David and Joe called a few minutes ahead of my appointment time to let me know they would be there in a few minutes (I always appreciate that as I work from home and like a heads up b4 they pull in driveway). They were both professional and friendly, introducing themselves and confirming the work to be done. They toured the areas with me and discussed exactly what would be done including dry time and their use of pet friendly cleaning supplies. We have a Sheltie, a white Persian cat and a Tabby cat (lots of pet hair & dander!) and was glad to hear they would be safe from any chemicals. They also took time to talk to and pet Jango (our dog) - seems like a small thing but I'm certain it helps pets who tend to be freaked out by heavy and loud equipment or are old (like Jango) and stress out over major changes, They began on the dining room and were careful with the antique dining chairs and extra long puddled draperies. David started cleaning while Joe assisted. Joe also offered his assistance with helping me finish moving all of the knickknack items out of the living room as well as anything else I needed shifted around. I know that sounds very simple, but after having lots of service people/teams over the years, I have seen too many providoers with idle time resort to standing around and surfing their phones or retreat to their truck to smoke, eat, play/talk on phone etc. Little things DO make a difference. Next they tackled the living/family room starting with the furniture. David took the time to explain how they clean and detail each piece and the reason behind it. My husband was nervous about how they would clean around his new 53" flat screen smart TV but they were extra careful of the TV as well as all of the other items in all of the rooms (pictures on walls, marble top accent table, items on mantle). While cleaning the carpet, David mentioned that they could clean and condition our leather ottoman and use a lavender scented deodorizer. Now normally I get annoyed with add-on sales, but he simply mentioned it and was not pushy AT ALL - I ended up doing both! They took great painstaking time with the sofa & love seat - pet hair central! David also mentioned that they clean tile flooring as well and even showed me some before/after pictures from another house. After measuring and pricing it out for me I ended up doing it too with fantastic results. Not only did they clean it, they double sealed both tile and grout - looks brand new. After everything was finished they packed up all their things and made sure everything was spic and span and that I was happy with how it all turned out. Bowman's is a small family run business - I always try and support that. They have done a wonderful job marrying friendly small town custom services with big city professionalism and experience. A+ start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend this company and David and Joe in particular.
