Bowman's Carpet Care

We have used Dirt Robber previously and have always been pleased with Rob. He's efficient, honest, professional and always timely.

It went very well. They came about a week after we purchased the deal. We had made dealings with them within 2 days, but because of our schedule, we had to wait for them to come over. We ended up paying extra charges. They were very timely and were here when they said they'd be here. They did a great job getting the stains out. They explained everything really well. By paying for the extra stuff, the price was a little bit more.

Initial phone message was returned same day, when I was given info on how they charge, and an estimate on carpet cleaning based on my description of the rooms. Ended up being same amount as quote. All people that I spoke with and met in person were very friendly and informative. Mike did need to reschedule to a later time that day but customer service had been so good up to that point that I didn't mind. He & his partner arrived on time, worked efficiently. The carpet looks great. I was worried about bleed-through of pet stains but over two weeks later, it's fine. Cleaning & deodorizing did not take care of the pet odor, which is still pretty strong. I attribute this issue more to the person who said a big dog could come live there on fairly new carpet to start with, rather than the carpet cleaners....

Bowman's arrived early and worked quickly. They were friendly and professional. They even moved my sofa and 2 overstuffed chairs to clean underneath them. I will recommend Bowman's to my friends and family.

They did an excellent job. The date above is a rough guess. (waited too long to write the review) My wife indicated they grumbled a bit about the furniture indicating it was "hard to clean", but they performed like champs and we were happy we had it done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was very pleased with them. There were some spots that they actually could not get up but they tried their very best so I had no problem with their attempt. They couldn't have been any nicer. I ended up having some additional services. They did a couple of other rooms and the price was fine. I had no problem with them. I want to use them for my own home.

We purchased the big deal package of 3 rooms+ hallway for $89. Added on additional bedroom ($30) and 2 staircases ($30/ea). They showed up exactly at scheduled and asked if we'd like to add on the staircases as well. The home had sat empty for a year before we purchased it so wanted a professional cleaning crew to handle the task before we moved all our furniture in to the home. We can only imagine how much dirt and grime had built up after a year of not being vacuumed. Everything (including the extra bedroom and staircases) was completed in 1 hour--much faster than we had anticipated. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Dirt Robber came to my house at the day and time he said he would be here. He cleaned all of my carpets. They look and smell great!

The provider arrived on time, having called when he was on his way. He performed all of the services included in the Big Deal. I was pleased with his professionalism and the quality of the work.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the stair case carpet and a room at our home. Right on time for the appointment. Very customer service orientated. We have used them in the past and they have become our "carpet cleaning" specialists. Would highly recommend their service.

Dirt Robber cleaned all of the carpets I asked him to clean and was fine doing a little more at an extra charge over and above the Big Deal. Very good, reasonably priced service.

Overall a great experience. Company is owner operated which is great! I love knowing the person I speak with on the phone is the one who i'll meet. Fired our last company because of some questionable practices and couldn't be happier to have found such a great replacement company. Definitely will use in the future!

I have used them about 4 times over the past couple of years, and I have been very pleased with them every time. They do good work, I am very pleased with the way my carpet turns out and the customer service as well. They are very responsive, and very attentive to my needs.

The experience went really well. I scheduled Bowman's to come out to the house. However, the day of the service, there was a big snowstorm, and the rescheduled at my request. They came out and were friendly and did a nice job on the room -- removing several tough stains. We'd definitely use them again!

Great, A few minutes late, but was aware of the delay due to an emergency at a clients job. Really happy with finished product, would HIGHLY recommend.

These folks did a phenomenal job. We had, among other things, issues with pet urine in the carpets. They got it up better than any other carpet cleaner we have used.

Dealing with Bowman's was a great. We found them on Angie's List as a highly rated company and decided from the reviews to give them a try. They were able to fit us in within the week. They had a special running that was really great for multiple rooms etc... We really got a great value and the experience from scheduling to service was flawless. They steam cleaned the town home we were living in that is 3 stories with over 30 steps. The carpet looked great, smelled great, and dried quick. They brought there own water so there was no hooking up to our water source which was great. The were on time with great communication and very focused to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

They arrived on time and were fast and efficient. They answered all my questions and were kind and courteous.

Mike and Denny were quick, courteous, and punctual. The carpeting looks great -- with the exception of one stain they missed, which was a little disappointing. It might have been the light in the room, though, making it look like a shadow. Hard to say. Otherwise, the work they did made a huge difference. I'm not afraid to walk in my stocking feet on the carpets anymore. That's a big deal in a house with dogs. :-)

Dirt Robber is one of the good guys in the Industry. He was professional, prompt (early even), and worked very hard at making them new for me. He communicated with me in a very prompt manner before the services were performed and worked around my schedule. The work was done well and the smells and stains are gone, area rugs look like new. His pricing was great compared to other companies. I have already talked to him about doing my bedroom carpets in the future and passed his business card along to a Realtor friend to refer clients to. I would say without hesitation to reach out to Dirt Robber for all your carpet needs, he was a delight to deal with. His magnet is on your fridge!

The two professionals, Mike Bowman and his associate, arrived on time, were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I had a few stains (dog) which I wasn't sure could be cleaned, but the stains were gone and have not returned in the last 5 days. The whole process took less than an hour; my carpets look and smell fresh as new and took only about 3 hours to dry completely. I am very satisfied and have passed along their business card to a friend who may be using them.
