Bowman's Carpet Care

My carpets were cleaned better than previous carpet cleaner companies. The men were courteous, careful, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We purchased the Angie's list deal. Even though it had expired, he honored the deal. He didn't excellent job cleaning our carpets and even doing some spot cleaning on some rugs. He was able to remove pet urine from one section through a special process. No more doggy smell. He was very nice, very attentive to caring for our home. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Brad, the tech, was excellent and very detailed. We have used Stanley Steamer in the past but will change to Dirt Robber!!! Strongly recommend this company if you want high service and clean carpets.

Dirt Robber arrived unexpectedly early and the service was completed in a reasonable period of time which I appreciated since I needed to get to my job. The carpets honestly looked like new. This is especially amazing in our dining room where our dogs like to drop pieces of food from their bowls before eating them. The spots were completely gone after the cleaning. I was given a bottle of spot remover for future use on spots that might require immediate attention. Overall my husband and I were extremely pleased with Dirt Robber. We have already recommended them to a neighbor who has hired them to clean her carpet. We will continue to spread the word and we will definitely use them in the future.

I emailed Dirt Robber to get an estimate for having my downstairs carpet cleaned. I hadn't had them done since we moved into our home a year ago and since then, we have gotten a dog who had several accidents. Dirt Robber responded to my email within an hour and allowed me to call them even though it was well past business hours. The owner was who I spoke to and he was very patient in listening to my cleaning needs and gave me a great idea on what to expect with pricing and service for the day of my appointment. I was able to schedule a time for the following week which was important since I wanted to get the carpet done before I have family over for Thanksgiving. The day of service, they showed up on time (even early!), wore shoe covers which was very much appreciated, and were very polite. The techniciacn even helped move furniture and provided foam squares that he placed under all of the couch legs to allow the carpet to dry when the furniture was moved back. Due to my dog urinating on the carpet, Dirt Robber had to rinse the carpets before they cleaned them which cost slightly more but it was well worth it. I came home from work and my carpets look brand new and the entire house smells fresh and clean - zero smell of dog urine!!! I couldn't be any happier and will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thank you!!

The owner came out and did the work. It was a two man team and they did a great job. They asked what I wanted to have done, and when they were finished they allowed me time to inspect the work. I will use them again no question.

The crew, which consisted of the owner Rob and a technician that he was training, went right to work and did a thorough job. The solution had a pleasant odor. Rob accurately predicted that the carpets would be dry in 6 hours. We did not have any visible stains, but the carpet does appear to be nice and clean .

Simply put: they are professional, they care, and they're quick. They arrived promptly, estimated my costs efficiently, provided a time estimate and we're friendly throughout. They ensured the proper way to create my expectations and then they exceeded them. Everything they touched looks like new. These guys are professionals and are background-checked so I was comfortable to leave them in my home. I already recommended them to my neighbor and will easily hire them again.

The company was very pleasant to work with, and very professional. They pre-treated stains and cleaned the carpet. It looks almost good as new.

They responded to my call to schedule quickly, were out within a few days, and worked fast. Very nice and professional. About a day after they left, weird bleached out spots appeared on the carpet. I called and they returned in two days. It is very possible the solution we used on the pet stains interacted poorly with their solution, and it was not their solution per say, but they came out and fixed it without complaint and seemed very knowledgeable. Denny and Mike were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought this Big Deal because I was moving out of an apartment. They were very accommodating and were available the date I requested. I was not there when they did the carpet cleaning but went to check on it later that evening and everything looked great. My landlord was happy with the job and I have recommended them to him. I set up an appointment and they called to let me know they had gotten done with a job early and came immediately to my house which I appreciated. They did a great job and I will definitely use this company again.

The two men who came were very professional and helpful. I had called them and compared price with two other places. Bowman's was a much better price than either of the other two. I was pleased with the cleaning of the carpet and the furniture. Due to age and wear of both, I can't say they look like new, but that's not due to Bowman. I'd use them again and have referred them already.

I was very pleased with Bowman's. I get my carpets cleaned regularly, but this was the first time using Bowman's. I had a bad spot that was from a coffee spill, and another bad place from pet stains. They were able to get both stains out and my carpets look amazing given their age. I will definitely be using them for my next cleanings.

Mike was great from the time we called to schedule our appointment. We booked a couple of weeks in advance and had a tight time frame on the day of service. Without our knowledge he juggled his first appointment to insure he had enough time to do our services. He communicated when he was departing for our residence, was prompt and professional. As our carpets were cleaned, my wife and I were amazed at how clean they were becoming. As the last rugs were finished we discussed stain prevention and other concerns with Denny and Mike, as we have 2 small children. They gave us great info and explained our options. Ultimately we added stain treatment to all of our carpets, as well as having stains on our sofa removed. In our conversations we learned about ceramic tile and grout cleaning / sealing options for our remaining floors. Based on our experience we will be contacting Bowman's again when it is time to do our tile floors. Great guys.

The two men arrived on time and, after we discussed what I wanted done they began immediately. I had moved much of the light-weight chairs, etc., into the kitchen out of their way and they said they would have done that for me had I not already done it (good lesson!). Although the "deal" was for three rooms and a hallway, I told them I wanted them to do another hall and two more bedrooms and they charged me a reasonable price for doing that. They did move some furniture, such as recliners, so they could get to the areas right in front and I appreciated that. My husband is a semi-invalid and uses a walker. They were very concerned for his safety because of the steam/water that gets on the non-carpeted areas. I appreciated their concern. Very respectful, considerate, professional.

The carpet was very dirty. They sprayed the carpets with a stain cleaner and then used the machine to clean the carpet. They were done I about 30 minutes. The carpets looked beautiful. I would use this company again

Appointment setup was completed promptly. On time arrival and the work that was performed was very professional and thorough. The carpet looks fantastic! Robb is a great guy to work with - his prices are fair and he delivers high quality results.

The experience with them was excellent. They were really friendly, competitively priced, and our floors looked great when they left. They were timely, professional and they were great.

I was very happy with the service and the result of the cleaning. I called on a Tuesday, I think, and he was able to fit us in on a Friday, and they arrived earlier than expected, which was actually great. They spent a lot of time cleaning, didn't try to upsell us on anything, which I really appreciated, and everything looked great. I did not notice any remaining spots at all. Even the furniture, which are older, they made look good again!

I liked everything about them. I used them two weeks ago. I would give them top marks across the board. They are phenomenal! They went over and above on what they needed to do. One of my tenants poured melted wax on the carpet and they got it out. In one place they came out again a 2nd time for free as they had difficulty getting a stain out. They are a wonderful company to do business with.

Went well. First time carpets had been cleaned since we moved in. They arrived, were professional, went about their job with a focus and completed it within a reasonable amount of time.
