We have worked with Booher Building on past home projects and when it came time to update our flooring, there was no question who I wanted to do the work. Scheduling the estimate consultation was easy with flexible times and dates. Mike Young was professional, yet friendly, and understood my ideas and concerns. My customized estimate was emailed in a timely manner and I can't wait to get started!

Things were good. A local company with a lot of history and experience, great price too. In the end we wanted someone to listen to us and help us save a few bucks so we went with someone else.

Excellent experience overall. John was very efficient and communicated well as project manager. Their tile vendor was very helpful w/design. All contractors were on time, clean, and respectful of us and our home.

I received an email quote from Booher after they made an initial inspection. I deal with roofing contractors daily so I have experience with contracting firms. The contract I received from Booher surprised me with its completeness. They covered everything from job completion to safety. They convey the kind of expertise and professionalism I would love to see in all the contracting firms Ideal with. Their contract was so thorough it became obvious that they were protecting me, the client, as much as they were protecting themselves. Booher finished the job on schedule and cleaned up before they left the jobsite. I would recommend and re-hire these guys in a heartbeat. They are some of the best.

We solicited a number of bids. Booher's was not the highest, nor was it the lowest, but it was the one that addressed and included every thing that we had talked about. Three weeks later we started the project. From day one to day 45, John (the project manager) and his crew worked every single (week) day. Nearly every day John would visit the project, updating us, and making himself available for questions or concerns. Every Wednesday, John and the owner, Rob Booher, came together to see the progress. Every worker was professional and completely dedicated to "giving the customer what they wanted." I lost count of the number of times I heard, "we just want to make sure you're happy." I saw numerous examples of "going above and beyond." One such example is when a worker needed to get to the back of my newly-installed and newly-stocked spice cabinet, which I, the day before, had meticulously and alphabetically organized. This worker carefully removed every spice, completed his work in the cabinet, and then re-stored the spices exactly how I had them. "Above and beyond." I could go on and on with examples like this. John, Rob, Chessley, Bill and the others made this experience fun. I recommend them to anyone.

It went very well! Booher was extremely attentive to our special requests and worked with us to ensure that we were pleased with all aspects. Although there were hiccups along the way, all partied involved ensured that things were resolved to our satisfaction.

We initially had estimates from three companies. Booher was a little less expensive, but we felt very comfortable during the initial discussion. He had great ideas on how to lay out the rooms so the traffic flowed easier. He was very patient with us and all of our questions; was also very patient waiting for the loan to close. We were concerned about the disruption during construction, but was never bothered by the work. The workers cleaned up each day and notified us of any changes to their routines. We were called immediately if there were any questions and only had one change that needed signed off on. Workers were professional and very nice to deal with; respected our home and neighbors as well.

Excellent company. On time every day, work was on schedule as outlined by John the project manager. All concerns or questions were promptly addressed. We are extremely pleased with the final product and would use Booher again without hesitation. Excellent company.John the project manager was outstanding. He made sure everything was right, and was always responsive. Mr. Booher also was on site and ensured things were as we wanted. Very good company.

Job was well planned and ahead of schedule. One glitch that the sink manufacturer's fault was fixed but the job was completed with as little hassle as possible for us.

I found them to be pretty good and pretty honest. They were on time and they seemed to follow through. The work was very good. They are a small company so it was pretty personal. They had a handful of people that worked for them.

Excellent. John Sartin was the lead and kept us informed daily of the progress and what was coming up. All workers were extremely professional and cleaned up every day before they left.

We couldn't be happier with Booher Building. From the beginning quotes Rob was punctual and professional and always in communication with us with any delays or changes. We asked him for multiple variations of our original quote which he quickly provided. Once we signed the contract to begin work we were put on their schedule 4 weeks away which was not bad at all. They called ahead and asked us where they could put their dumpster which I thought was a great gesture. John was our project supervisor and he was constantly in communication with us regarding the next steps and the schedule. All of the crews that came into our home were extremely clean, always put down cloth runners the entire length from the front door to the job area, and cleaned up each day before they went home. They were all very respectful of our home. The quality of the work is excellent and the price is accurate for the quality they provide. We only had a few snags (drywall dents, pocket door not sliding smoothly) but they were addressed either the day we notified them or the following day. I would highly recommend them for renovation work and plan on using them again soon. As a matter of fact, I had them quote replacing our vanity while they were there and anticipate them starting that soon.

Very pleased overall with the project. When any issues came up, Booher, responded very quickly and satisfactory. It was evident Booher, was focused on quality construction.

They did a great job on very short notice.

Process went well. Everyone was cooperate & pleasant work well. Problems are resolved easily.

Booher was mostly on time and the additional cost was not made notice to me except for the 8' x 8' conrete block. Overall was reasonably priced.

The crew was a joy to have here at my home. They were quick with any answers to my questions. They were clean, neat and cleaned and hauled away all debris.

Perri came to our house and gave us an estimate. Charlie from Booher arrived promptly, removed the existing shower door and caulk, then put the door back up using the correct caulking pattern. No more leaky shower door! The job was completed quickly, professionally, and neatly. Very pleased with the overall experience.

They were on-time, at cost, and great to have around. We'll definitely use them again soon!
