Subcontractor visited to verify details of construction previous to start date. All labor proceeded smoothly. Some supply issues caused delay but were handled professionally.

Thing went great the job started when promissed andfinished on time. Good quality workmanship Always contacted as if they had a question about anything.

Since the work is still being done. I will just say that this has been a VERY BAD experience, but hopefully everything will get fixed. We definitely did not receive the quality and professional work that Booher Remodeling advertises. The drywall work was absolutely HORRIBLE. The "professional" painting was not professional at all. I could have done a better job myself, and would have saved $4,500 . We made sure to purchase good, quality paint which was Sherman Williams. Booher told us they were going to use primer tinted the same color as the colors we chose for each room. But cheap white primer was used because now the paint is chipping off in every room that was painted and the white primer is showing through. We ordered our Pella doors who is the company that Booher set us up with When the doors came in, they were the wrong doors not the doors we had ordered from Pella We told Booher they were the wrong doors, but the doors were put in anyway. We went round and round with Pella and Booher in order to get the doors we actually wanted. Neither one of the companies would work with us. Finally, we just told Pella to take back their doors, and we purchased our doors from Andersen which were beautiful and much better quality than Pella. The drywall and painting needs to be totally redone, which Booher said they will do in order to make it right. Hopefully this happens. I will keep you updated.

The design and estimate process went well. The quality of work was good especially the tile work but the lack of good communication led to issues which led to long delays. John & Gary admitted there was an issue with the communication and made everything right in the end. We were frustrated with the issues and the long delay in completion but we're happy with the final product. I was assured that these kind of issues are not normal for Booher.

They worked with us on the budget. The person that we spoke with that came out to the house listened to our ideas and discussed it. They came back to us 10 days later with a drawing to show us the three dimensional ideas that we had talked about. We felt comfortable with them. They were very accommodating and we appreciated that.

We had some install/quality issues, however, Booher has been very professional and responsive and they have been resolved to our satisfaction. They even contacted us after we paid in full to make sure everything was OK. We would consider again for future projects.

They did a good job on services performed. Even when it was more complicated then expected and they were always in communication.

Great. Process longer then preferred some unnecessary delays on both party's parts but overall very happy.

Mike Young did our estimate. Was very nice and professional. This estimate was more than other but we felt good about the explanation of work to be done. Crew came to do drywall demo went well. Some questions as to where leak was coming from, but all was sorted out. All repairs done and looked great. The company and field manager did a good job of keeping us informed.

Booher was patient with us through our financing and then they finished the job quickly. Great work and good to get a long with.

All sub-contractors and Booher employees arrived on time, were very courteous and did a very good job.

On time, met expectations- everything looks great.

Excellent-Booher used team of separate so demo was done, drywall repair & framing tile, vanity & light install, installed new glass door. Work done correctly and professional.

Mike Y. was great! Home visit was made less than a week after initial contact. Mike spent a lot of time talking with us to get a feel on exactly what we were looking for in our deck & exactly what our budget was for the project. He was very knowledgeable & professional, yet very laid-back at the same time. After his visit & the taking of measurements, I was looking forward to seeing the quote. Unfortunately, the quote was double what we said our max budget was & it didn't even include any drawings or at the very least, a sketch of what our deck would even look like - drawings were an additional charge :( We did get a lot of great general remodeling information from Mike, so hopefully in the future we can work with Booher once again.

Job went well overall. Any issues were promptly fixed. Job ran past estimated completion date due to a miscommunication about ordering a new window.

Terrific. The workers were always on time and the workmanship outstanding.

Pulled tub and replaced w/ shower. Enclosed sink area, tiled shower and bathroom floor.

Great job from start to finish. Sabrina's designs and estimates were clear and reasonable. Gary supervised and coordinated the work, keeping us informed every step of the way, stopping by daily to check on progress and make sure materials were ready. We wanted our small first floor bathroom ADA compliant, which meant removing the old tub, relocating fixtures, installing grab bars and exchanging a narrow door for a wide pocket door. The basement was new construction and involved putting a drain line into a concrete floor, installing fixtures, re-using the door from the first floor bath, drywalling and adding new water pipes to sink and toilet. A new hot water line was also installed for the family room bar sink. Both bathrooms were painted (two coats), and pocket door and trim were stained to match existing doors and trim. Vickie kept accurate billing, deducting cost of items we supplied from original estimate and regularly informing us of current billing status. All trash was removed from job. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Information was traded with project manager frequently and reliably.

Booher was quick to make an appointment. They were punctual. My job just did not fit what they do. I would use them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Booher from start to finish. They were punctual, professional and went the extra mile to make sure things were done right and that I was happy with all work. I worked with a variety of people involved with their organization during different project phases, but had one project manager that was my point person. They are extremely organized. I hope to use them on other rooms in the future.

I especially liked the Foreman. He was able to coordinate everything very well. We chose everything going into the remodel and they directed us to different vendors. Some of the initial prep work and design was left off the final estimate, which put us above budget. For example, they have some custom work like the crown molding. In the end, we are very pleased with the outcome of the project. We would definitely consider them for future work. We had a problem with the plaster subcontractor they used and the work had to be redone. They no longer use that subcontractor. They did go above and beyond helping us with an issue we had with the cabinet company’s errors. This had nothing to do with Booher, but they really helped us out in that aspect.
