I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Everyone/Everything was handled very professionally. The field manager was excellent. All questions & concerns were quickly handled.

The negotiations started out on a rocky road, but Gary, the project manager, did an outstanding job.

Excellent! Work progressed as promised with workers in nearly everyday. Final completion was delayed slightly due to circumstances beyond co's control. Nothing major just 2 weeks. They made our dream a reality!

Booher was on time, great prices, made us love the remodeling process after several bad experiences with other companies.

It was something I would never want to go through again. It started our rocky and then got worse. The way I felt about the project was the contractors Booher used for the drywall, paint, plumbing, and electric did not care about their quality of work. They just wanted to get the job done. The project manager tried to at least get the job done right after numerous attempts.

Demo went quicker than we thought. Everything went well. Drywall came in, went well. Electrical was fine. Hardwood flooring went well. Overall was a very good job.

They were professional, came when they said they would, had all sub contractors on calender. If there was something I didn't use they were happy to fix it! They want you to be happy!

Worked with Bodner's field manager, Curtis, from start to finish. He kept me informed daily on what work was going to be done the following day, which was great. Everyone did a great job.

Everything went very well and all concerns that came up during the project were addressed. Gary, our project manager was great!

They were very organized and kept me informed about everything and when things would be done. They were responsive on a couple of small issues that happened during construction. They were flexible when changes were made.

It was pretty smooth from beginning to end. Once the job started it was only 4-5 days before they'd wrapped up all the roof work and the drywall fixes inside. All of the workers were nice, professional, and courteous; I'd accidentally drove over a large chalk line tool of theirs breaking it into dozens of pieces and they were very nice about the incident.

Their initial pricing was really good, but as we moved forward with the remodel they hit me with significant price increases. As we argued about the price the owner realized that they were not doing the job right. The quality of their work was actually awful, too. Their work left my house structurally compromised. Had I not caught it, I would have been in a very bad situation. I took quite a bit of work away from them due to the poor quality and high price.

The job was started the last week of September and due to the weather, it wasn't completed until November 7th.. Booher had to add in several 4X4 red cedar posts and then build the needed infrastructure to enclose our lower concrete deck in order to screen in the area. The men showed up on time and did an excellent job. The true test of a good contactor is how they handle issues as they come up. There were some issues that came up that they (without hesitation) corrected. This included the replacement of some of the new screens due to a quality problem with the screens and also there were a couple of issues with the screen door that were again corrected without hesitation. Booher did and excellent job and would use them again without hesitation

Did an excellent job of giving me drawings prior to start, communicating during process, and professionalism. Very happy with my new bathroom.

First, Sabrina came out to the house to do the estimate.She was AWESOME! Her estimate was complete and through. She took measurements, took pictures and listened to my ideas given my budget. Due to my budget the windows and wood rot damage had to be completed first. Near the end of completion of the windows I met with Sabrina in her office to review the master bath remodel and to finalize the design. She was patient and listened to my needs and stayed within my budget, never once did she try to "up sell". Once the design was completed, she turned me over to Vicki to make selections. I told Vicki that I had never been part of a remodel of this size and she was very understanding. She walked me through the entire process, from fixtures to glass, and everything in between. Made my life so easy. Then comes Gary, overall supervisor for the project, (both projects)....Everything went smooth as silk! Windows were delivered on time, tear out was completed on time, painting was delayed by a day due to rain, but the time was made up and the entire window project was on budget and on time. Once I completed my selections and the selections were submitted to Vicki, the project went on auto pilot. Gary was on top of EVERYTHING, tear out completed, new framing completed, plumbing completed, excellent job and on time! Once the walls were ready in comes Jose, the best, most professional tiler in the business! He worked late and even worked on Saturdays to stay on schedule! He worked alone some days having to make several trips up and down the stairs to make cuts in the tile. He was fabulous! The finished product is amazing! Chuck the electrician has been the most professional and accommodating person (highly recommended). A small glitch in the ceiling fan (yes, I installed a paddle ceiling fan in my bathroom) rectified with no questions asked! The ceiling fan looks gorgeous and really cools the room down (moves air quickly) nice! Thanks to Sabrina, Gary and Jose, I now have one of a kind, special, custom mirrors. Outlined with my deco tile that really makes a statement in the bathroom. The Shower, is huge 4x6 with bench seating, it's like a car wash, beautiful tile work with a black pebble floor. Again, Jose did an awesome job. One of the guys installing the glass shower surround even commented what an excellent job the tile guy did, stating it looks so natural! The glass from Northside Glass, 90" high, really showcases the beautiful tile work. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals throughout this project! I will be using Booher Building again for additional projects! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project! They were on time, on budget (except for my add ons, a little over indulgence on my part) and very, very professional! One final note, if this review includes my last name, I promise, I am not related, choosing this company was based solely on the reviews I read on Angie's List and The attention and care shown towards me by Sabrina!

Our overall our experience with Booher Remodeling and their project manager, Curtis, was excellent. The communication was great and they showed up when they said they would. They were very accommodating and tried to make the experience of not having a working kitchen for several weeks less painful. No project always goes smoothly, but whenever there was a problem, Curtis made sure that it was resolved to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the final result.

Everyone associated with Booker were professional, on time and very approachable. We worked well with everyone while living in the home during the remodel.

We love our new area, it is beautiful, but they were very late on completion of about 7 weeks. For several weeks we did not see any workers. We are going to have the kitchen done next, but cannot take the chance on being late at finishing.

We are very pleases with Booher and will use them again. Very professional and prompt in all inquiries. From the office staff through the construction manager and installers it was a great experience. Very pleased.
