A fantastic experience. Our superintendent, Curtis went above and beyond. He emailed the contractor schedule every night for the following day. He was on site regularly and made certain we were totally satisfied. He really owned the project. A great deal of time was spent making certain they knew what we wanted in advance with visual confirmation of on site discussion. Every detail was covered. in all we had flooring replaced, drywall and ceiling work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance removal and re installation, trim, paint and pocket door installation. We couldn't be happier with Booher and Kudos to Curtis for a job well done!

This entire process was excellent! Company employees were very patient, helpful and walked me through the steps. All work was priced in detail, I was able to choose the materials used (cabinets, hardware, granite, etc.) They gave me the kitchen I always hoped to have.

Working with Booher was a great experience from start to finish. I have already recommended them to friends. As with any project, problems arise.... but Booher handled all of them quickly and professionally. Gary Holliday was our project manager and he was great managing all of the contractors (tile, electrical, plumping, etc....), keeping everything on schedule, following up on items, and checking on the job frequently. July 27th we started demolition......The project was pretty much finished on August 21st. There was some fine tuning done 9/2.

I would give them a B on quality for drywall and painting only.

Good communication with Gary Holliday, the construction manager throughout the process. All subs were very good to deal with and answered all questions.

Everyone was on time hard worker and skilled at their we could not havebeen more satisfied.

Went very well! We experienced one issue ( damaged cabinet upon delivery) but team handled it timely. Will definitely utilize Booher for our bathroom project.

Unfortunately, this deal was a major disappointment. The deal I purchased was for a design consultation for a kitchen, which included a $200 credit toward any work performed by the contractor. Sadly, I really only paid for a person to come out and provide a quote - there was very little actual design consultation. I did receive a picture of what my kitchen could look like if I spent $11,000 with this provider, but received almost no consultation of what colors to use to make the space work. According to the quote, we would pick out materials when it was time to do the actual construction. After I purchased the deal and made the appointment for the consultation, I made it clear that I was looking for help choosing colors and materials, as well as placement for materials (back splash, for instance) but that I did not anticipate having this contractor do the work. Since we proceeded with the appointment, I assumed this was acceptable. The design consultant, Sabrina, came to my house and was very professional. She took measurements and took pictures, and I was hopeful. However, the quote that I received was really just that - a quote of the work to be done based on what I told her we were thinking about doing. When I didn't see any color/design suggestions, I replied that I was looking for more thorough design selections - with specifics like, what paint color should I use given the wall color. The only response I received was a paint color for cabinets, and a generic, "add a cabinet here, use this type of counter top..." etc. This was by no means a design consultation with recommendations. As stated above, I basically paid for someone to come and provide a quote. If you are not looking to spend thousands having a contractor do a kitchen renovation, I would not purchase this deal.

While there were a couple of glitches during our remodel which can be expected, what can you say about a company that bent over backwards to please us and would have done almost anything to keep us happy? Love our contact man - he is the best! The remodel was worth EVERY penny we paid! Our new kitchen receives compliments from everyone who comes to our house. I would rehire this company in a heartbeat. Thanks for an excellent job!

I didn't have the work done.

We have used Booher in the past. Our site manager, Curtis, was always good to inform us of time, and what was to be done. They do a great job of listening to your wants and needs.

The Bolted team & peter sunconctions on a great job. Gray was very responsive and a present TV work with. highly recommend.

Very good. Workers arrived when they said they would. Good communication.

Gary was awesome! For the most past, all the contractors were pretty good.

Fantastic! Terrific communication form PM, all techs were friendly but also answered questions and gave additional info, took care of all issues when raised, expanded scope upon request. Only issue was with painters who twice did not perform as expected, though very friendly.

Everybody was on time each day. All were professional. Everything cleaned up daily. No problems contacting Booher. All questions answered promptly. We're glad they were willing to do what they considered to be a small job.

The project started and completed in three weeks per the contract.. Sabrina and Kaleigh were very helpful in helping me with making pre-remodeling decisions. Every day contractors were on site working on the project and cleaned up before leaving. It was great working with Curtis, the field manager. He kept me updated each day on the next day's activities and kept the project on schedule. All the contractors were professional and polite. My kitchen looks great. Good job by all.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! The care everyone took of our property while working, the communication and the quality craftsmanship, as well as the willingness to work with us on the parts of the project we were finishing was exemplary!

All contractors were experienced and professional, everyone worked to ensure we stayed on budget and on time. The field manager in particular was watching out for our best interests from start to finish.

It went ok, most days workers came at routine time between 8-9. Only ones late were drywall people but they still got their part of work done on time. Everything was done well, my one complaint was resolved quickly.

Our foreman, Gary, was wonder to work with from beginning to end. My only complaint in the entire process was that some of the subcontractors did not show up when they said they would. Gary handled all the situations with professionalism.
