Immediately found spot that was leaking and fixed it.

It wasn't good. I did not find them reliable and honest.

Wonderful. Extremely nice people in office, and on site. Very helpful and patient with questions I had. Workmen were busy all day, with only a short break for lunch. Impeccable clean up upon completion. Roof teardown & install in one day. Trim boards installed & painted following day, as were gutter guards. ( I used my existing gutters, & only had the guards replaced. Debris in the gutters was cleaned out by roofers.) The workers arrived on time and did a good job on removing the old skylights, installing the new ones, and cleaning up the site. The only hiccup was the workers did not seem aware of fixing the nail pop and deck pop, even though they were listed on the work order. This was probably a language issue. However after pointing it out to them, they called their office and went back up on the roof and repaired both. They took pictures of their work (before, during, after) and explained them to me. Overall, I am pleased and would hire them again. I was also able to use the 5% Angie's List coupon.

I called Bone Dry in Nov about a roof leak. They had someone come out 2 weeks later to look at the leak and gave me a quote of $1100. I felt that was kind of high but thought since they a pretty good rating on here I would try them out. The work started on the roof the last week of November. At the end of the day the roofer sent me pictures of what he found, repairs done and damage that happened during the repair. He said he would return in a few days to finish project. Fast forward to December/January I get a call from Bone Dry Roofing from the billing department asking me (very rudely and demanding) when I was going to pay my bill. I said I will pay my bill when the project is completed. He then told me he didn't know the project wasn't completed and would look into it. He calls me back the next day and apologizes for this mishap and since then the worker that started my project has been let go. For the troubles he will take 10% off the bill. He then asked if I know what needed to be finished and I said I think we are waiting on a piece of siding to be ordered. He said he will send someone out to look at the project to get it finished. Fast forward to Jan/Feb the siding comes in and someone will be out to put that up for you in the next few days. I then respond with "do you need the paint that is the color of my house to paint it?" oh yes that would be great. It is now the later part of March and I never did get another invoice of the project being completed please pay this amount. What I have gotten is a bill every mouth since Nov saying please pay this amount, last notice, final bill, 90+ days, when this small project wasn't even completed. When I got a phone call about my bill last week and was asked if I was going to pay my bill I politely asked if the project was completed because I hadn't looked to see if it had been completed nor did I receive an invoice for the work being completed like originally stated. I understand the worker had to be let go, the invoices never got updated, we had snow and rain issues, cement board siding got damaged, follow through on where the project started and completed didn't happen. The roof is fixed as of right now because I don't have an active leak and the small piece of siding has been replaced and painted. The valley area had new water/snow barrier placed and shingles on top of that. The barrier had previously been entirely covered and this time only 3/4 of it is covered. I'm not sure this is the correct way or the wrong way but it is different than it originally was. Bone Dry did tell me on the phone if I had any problems with it to let them know. For this being such a small project I worry what it would be like to have an entire roofing project from them. They did offer a 10% discount for my trouble back in Dec/Jan but I felt maybe another discount should have been offered for the trouble in March when I was finally contacted about the job being completed. I always pay my bills on time and to receive a final notice bill every month stating that I haven't paid my bill is not very welcoming and making me want to use the company again. For a small project of $1100 and it taking 5 months to complete I would give this experience a rating of C-. I did pay my bill when I was contacted and did make sure to tell her to make note I would be leaving an Angie's List rating on here. Tanner came out and was really nice! Explained everything in detail what was going to happen. Everything was fully done and replaced in about 9 hours! It looks great. Totally recommend!

We requested a quote from Bone Dry to replace our roof. A week later I called on 3 consequent days and each time was told I would receive an email by the end of the day. I would not recommend a company that does not follow through on a quote, let alone complete a job.

OK, we think. We were never told when the workers would show up and one day realized there was thumping on the roof. There they were. they were done on 30 minutes. So far so good - we are not aware of any further leakage, but only time will tell. We should have been informed of when the work would be done. If we hadn't been home, we'd have never known that they had come.

My initial project assessment and estimate with the sales associate, Sam, went smoothly. However, things went downhill from there. I had to contact the company three times before I was even able to make arrangements for the service date, despite being told multiple times that I would be contacted "soon". Once we scheduled, the actual install went smoothly. However, I had signed a contract stipulating a 10% discount if I agreed to the terms within a particular duration (which was more than met) - I was left an invoice reflecting that I owed the entire 100%, not the contractually agreed upon 90% amount. I did not pay this, expecting to receive a correct invoice from the company. I waited, and finally contacted the company to ask for an invoice. I was told that it was my job to contact the sales rep so that this could be arranged. I did this, and then waited another almost 2 weeks to receive the actual correct invoice, just before which I received a barely-veiled threatening letter from the company indicating that I was at fault for not paying, and asking for immediate payment. While this company may be fine when it comes to actually doing the work, they have a LONG way to go in terms of organization and treating their customers with even average courtesy and respect. I would not recommend them nor am I likely to do business with them in the future.

The work was completed as arranged and was done in a punctual and competent manner. I am quite pleased with this company.

Made initial contact, set up appointment for them to come look at project and provide estimate. On time for appointment and was overall impressed with the professionalism of the employee who came out. Estimate received by email as promised. Did not want to repair, only replace. Cost to replace was high Can't afford replacement at this time.

Bone Dry was hired to replace rotted trim around our house, and install new trim where needed. They noticed that the rotted trim was caused by improper caulking and installed new flashing where needed so the water could flow away from the trim and prevent future rotting. During the installation they noticed mold on some of the old insulation and they replaced the insulation where needed. The house looks like new and the new trim is guaranteed for 50 years. We had also used Bone Dry to replace the trim on our chimney 10 years ago and that trim looks as good as new. Well done!

They did a great job. Very professional. The price was very competitive.

We used them to provide an opinion on whether or not our roof needed to be replaced after the spring hale storm. The first person from their team who looked at our roof said yes. They sent a different person to meet with our insurance adjustor to help state our case for a replacement. Unfortunately, this Bone Dry employee agreed with our adjustor that it didn't need to be replaced. We asked for a second adjustor, who came out and just said he agreed with the first adjustor. Fast forward to six months later, the two homes on either side of me (four homes total), plus the five homes directly across from mine, have all received roof replacements paid by their insurance companies, and I have received nothing. I blame Bone Dry for not stating my case effectively on the first inspection.

I purchased a roof maintenance deal off Angies List thinking that would take care of the problem. Bone Dry responded within a day or two about setting up appointment, When repair person looked at the roof, he said the problems I had would not be covered under the maintenance deal I purchased. Talked to Bone Dry & someone came out & gave me an estimate, which I agreed to on the spot. I knew they were working out about two weeks, but after a couple of weeks of no response to even set an appointment, I called. Was advised that it was being assigned the next morning & I should get a call from repair person to set date & time. That was October 30th & have heard nothing since then. I will move on to another roofing company.

The experience was FANTASTIC! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the work they did. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The original assessor/estimator, the foreman, the crew, and the office personnel all coordinated with each other seamlessly throughout the process. They communicated with me at every step, including sending photographs of their progress through the 2 days of work. The foreman was onsite and provided great oversight, and the crew was large and hard-working. Everyone showed up promptly as scheduled, finished their work on time, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up at the end of each of the 2 days. The roof looks beautiful! I recommend Bone Dry Roofing enthusiastically!!
