Description of Work: This company was great. I actually had a hole in my roof and a storm was coming within an hour. I called and initially they said they could not get anyone out until the next day. They were honest about it. However, 5 minutes later I get a call back and they found someone who was already at home that lived near me that would come out. They put a temporary cover over the hole just in time. In addition, they made me aware of an online coupon. The cost was reasonable and reliability. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Insurance covered cost. They were reasonably priced in comparance to the other local roofing companies. Picked them because they had better service during the process of gathering estimates. Did a good job. Would recommend.

Description of Work: I had purchased a cupola with a brass weathervane which I wanted placed on roof of my garage. I have shake shingles on my roof and Bone Dry was the only company who would deal with shakes. The serviceman who came out to do the work was excellent and had years of experience working with shakes. He did a fantastic job of installing the cupola in one afternoon. At the same he inspected my shingles and gave me a report on their condition. I would definitely recommend this company for roofing repairs.

Description of Work: Small roof reapir. Many small problems... slaesperson never told us we had to sign the contract & mail it in before we were schdeuled, so 2 wks elapsed before I called ....delay. Then more delays, Prob took 6 wks before job was done.. Then we were overcharge; (Angie's disccount not applied) took several phone calls to get check issued to us....

Description of Work: Removal of an Ice Dam from the roof in the middle of Winter. I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Very responsive.

Description of Work: Estimate made in a timely fashion after I mentioned Angies List.. Sent in a confirmation email.. No response for more than a month. Called then they said something wasn't signed.. Brought paper over and signed. Finally after 2 months they scheduled for 12/26. It snowed. Rescheduled for1/9. 3 drops of rain fell at 6 AM, so at 9 AM in full sunshine they cancelled.1/10 they cancelled because rain predicted. It is now noon and no rain. so I fired them.

Description of Work: New roof including vents, tear off, cleanup=$16540 on 11-30-12 New gutters and downspouts and leaf guards=$2730 on 12-13-12 Had severe hail damage in Sept of this year. Contacted (5) roofing contractors for estimates. Choose Bone Dry based on reputation, Angie's List, Indianapolis based and discussions with Chad Lushin. Was contacted Bone Dry to schedule and they were here for two days when they said they would be for the roof repair and the guttering replacement. I was VERY impressed with the professionalism. Each crew chief introduced themself and were on site to oversee the job. Then, Tim Jones was here to inspect the work and discuss the entire job. The painting crew chief did the same, although the weather prevented the painting until the Spring. We had a small issue where the foam gutters guards that I had were damaged while removing the old roofing material. No problem--------Tim authorized the installation of brand new gutters leaf guards at no cost to me. The clean up from both jobs was absolutely great. In fact, the roof was finished about dark on a Saturday and the crew chief came back on a Sunday and spent more than two hours picking up nails and residual trash I am extremely pleased with Bone Dry and have already recommended them to other homeowners. Description of Work: Very professional, kept appointments and answered all our questions. They were more expensive and this was not an insurance covered job.

Description of Work: We had a few spots on our ceiling indicating a roof leak. Bone Dry did an inspection, located the problem, assured me I didn't need a new roof (which I feared), and quickly took care of the problem at a fair cost. I was impressed with the initial inspector/estimator as well as the individual who completed the work. They were timely, efficient, and did good work. I also rec'd an estimate for some masonry work to a chimney (which we will do at a later time). I was most impressed with this gentleman as well. We will choose Bone Dry to do this work for us in the Spring. Again, we were very satisfied from start to finish with both Bone Dry experiences.

Description of Work: Remove and install 30 year Timberline Weatherwood shingles, including Prostart, Weatherwatch, and Seal-A-Ridge accessories. Install new roof fan, perform repairs, install flashings, ice.shields, pipe flushings, drip edge, gutter apron, brick chimney flashing, remove two vent turrets, install plywood base roof repairs decking as specified. All work was performed with consultation and advice. Clean up was impeccable without a trace of off fall. Work started at 7:30 AM and concluded at 4:45 PM without stopping. It was done with utmost courtesy, no nonsense and quick dispatch. It looks beautiful. This week it rained long and hard with no," no" leaks. So it is bone dry. We are happy. Oh by the way, just before work began we had a water breakage/ outage in our area. The work crew w irked without a problem. Thanks again for all your resourceful help.

Description of Work: Very efficient and clean. Took care of the problem areas and the installation was perfect! They showed up a 7:30AM and were done by 3:00PM. They removed the old roof, installed new roof and when they left there was no debris left.

Description of Work: The gentlemen were very professional. The vent leading to the roof leaked. They placed a new vent, did not try to say I needed a new roof, although they did a roof inspection. Representatives from the company checked back with me to see if I was satisfied and they sent an inspector out to make sure the job had been done correctly. Very satisfied and will definitely use them in the future should any roofing issues occur.

Description of Work: Bone Dry put up a new roof and added insulation for us today. This was a small and very old (90years) rental property. They got the job done in about 4 hours, and it looks great. I'm not sure why anyone would go to a roofing Company other then Bone Dry. Thanks guys.
