Description of Work: We had a new roof installed by BDR on 08 December 2013. The whole activity took about 1 1/2 days to complete from tear-off to new roof and clean-up. The whole team from BDR was very prompt and prefessional at all times. While BDR was not the lowest cost estimate we had received, we felt very comfortable with their team and approach and feel we received the best value from them. We are very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Repaired a roof leak. We have a three story house so they took the proper safety precautions which pleased us. The repair guy took photos so we could see repair without going on roof. Emailed them to us. Generally he went the extra mile. Very courteous. Repair went well--no further leaking!

Description of Work: Not a thing. I was told that I need to be home for the estimate, so I had to take off work. The guy never showed up, then I had to call the next week, because I never heard from them, and I was told the estimate was 495.00, so he must have just drove by the house. How do you check for hail damage from the ground on a roof that is about 20 feet above the ground??? Then I was told that they would email me the estimate and they never did. I would not go to these people for anything and wont recommend

Description of Work: We contacted Bone Dry Roofing to inspect our roof on 4/11/2013 after a hail storm. They came promptly and gave me an estimate to replace the roof. It took me 2 weeks to get my insurance company to inspect the roof. When my insurance company came, Bone Dry came also to assist. I have been trying to set up my roof replacement with Bone Dry, but they have been stalling and not returning phone calls. I don't understand why they are doing this.

Description of Work: I called for appt to check out leak in roof. Immediately put on hold. When I did talk to someone, she had a difficult time understanding I needed the roof checked; not the chimney. Didn't seem too interested. I asked if an estimator could come out in the next couple of days because I have some surgery coming up soon. I was told if I needed someone out that soon, it would cost $275. I'll try someone else.

Description of Work: We were happy with Bone Dry from start to finish. John came to our home and was primary contact for our work. We needed work done last minute and had a deadline. He worked to fit us into the schedule. We had roof damage that was causing water damage to the inside of our home. Bone dry fixed the exterior leaks and also the interior dry wall as well. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: The did a complete roof tear-off replacement and did a good job. We had an especially difficult corner with history of leaks and we've been very pleased with the results. John was great to work with regarding getting the estimate and working with our insurance. It was VERY wet and soggy when they did it so there was some minor yard damage, but I think it was unavoidable given situation and the guys really tried. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend. The roof had leaked into our garage, and the is where we utilized their "interior" services. They replaced drywall and repainted. I thought the drywall replacement was very good. Being in the garage and with the moisture in the air, it was hard to get things to dry, so the small job took longer than they expected (still all in one day though). Because of that, I think they may have rushed a little in the end and the quality went down when painting around the service door frame and outlets. However, this is a garage and this area is behind storage cabinets,etc, so I do think there would have been a lot more attention to detail if this had been inside the house. They worked hard and they cleaned up well. I would consider using them again for future projects.

I talked with four roofers before selecting Bone Dry, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: A hail storm damaged the roof shingles, vinyl siding, and gutters. Insurance coverage paid over $19000 for the complete replacement of the shingles, siding, and gutters. The material used was good quality and the workmanship excellent. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them when needed One of the front porch poles supporting the porch roof began to rot from water damage. The pole consist of a support pole surrounded by a wooden box styled to imitate a single piece. The carpenter removed all of the damaged box parts, matched the design of the box, and installed new parts. He used preprimed cedar and then applied a finish coat of paint. The carpentry was excellent.
