They are great. Came on time and finished on time too. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Easy peasy! Everything went perfectly from first phone call to estimation visit to actually doing the work. Everyone was super helpful (I think they might have thought we were related they were so nice!) And professional--and trustworthy--and committed to getting the job done in an excellent manner..

In continuation to my previous review I want to add that due to my negative review the service provided rectified the gutter leak to my satisfaction. For prospective customers my advise is that this company does quality of work but needs more commitment and responsiveness to after sales customers concerns and service warranty claims.

Before the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment.

They did an excellent job. The guy came out and looked at the roof and found the leak. He fixed it and then stayed an hour and a half to make sure there were no other issues with the roof. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.

It took a while to get the estimate, probably because it was a small job. But estimator inspected all of roof & put a plastic cover over area to prevent leaks. Took another week to be repaired, and that went fine.

This was an excellent experience. Mike H. was our visiting specialist. He was honest, thorough, extremely polite and kind. He said our roof looked good, so right now we are OK. We will definitely call Bone Dry when work is needed. Mike H. is obviously a person who likes his job and his company.

It was great. Love my new skylights. I was impressed with their estimate where I was able to see a video from a Go Pro camera. The team spent a full day on the project and provided picture updates via text throughout the afternoon.

They did a good job. There were some error in installation, however, they quickly came back and fixed it. They did a great job.

Went well, so far issue is resolved. However, no warranty was given and we were warned this type of repair is not warranted. There recommendation is always to replace the windows. but we opted to recall at least at this time because replacement is about $1700 per window!

It went great, They came and gave a free inspection and written estimate. Matt showed me pictures of the issues and explained how they would repair the flashing. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent. I got a text with Eddie's picture prior to arriving. They competed the work in a day and sent me pictures of the work during and after they had finished. The price was reasonable given difficulty of the job and they gave me a 5% discount for being an AL member. Overall we are very satisfied.

No complaints. The repair person found some additional damage and fixed it while he was here at no additional charge.

They were very professional and gave me a complete list of the suggested repairs with the quote. Very reasonable pricing and good work. Cleaned up area well after the work was complete.

I have worked with Bone Dry a few times and not had the greatest experience with the last service which was not roofing related. I thought I'd try again, and this was a totally different story. The estimator was prompt and helpful and the day of the project Carlos was on-time, removed the old roofing and all the pieces as if it had never been there, replaced some damaged wood, and re-shingled all while sending text photo updates. He did a fantastic job, everything was just as discussed, and in just the amount of time that was projected. I really appreciated that even though this was a tiny project by their standards that it seemed to get full attention.

It went great. Cody, Matt, were on time for their appointments. They came out twice to inspect and determine what exactly was causing the leak problem and explained clearly the process to repair. They were very professional, thorough, and friendly. The work crew kept the area clean and the leak was fixed

It was excellent. They showed me their progress throughout on my iPhone. Two men came out and gave me their card saying to let them know if there were any problems. It turned out beautifully. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Great! Maintenance done in 2018 July, Aug, and Sept. Excellent communications to me as a customer, from the first estimate, to the supervisory attendance on the job, to the customer service calls and follow up, to the honesty of the crews, even up to the Vice President Tim Jones that called me to personally apologize when things went wrong. This is the first construction company in 50 years that called me after a job and asked if I would like to have a Supervisor come out and do a final walk through of the work. I was astounded by their thoroughness and attitude to do the work right, even if it meant they would do it a second time at no additional cost to me. Not good. Free estimates? The lady on the phone told me it would cost over $100 just to get someone out to give an estimate, then the repair would be additional. So no, they don't do "free estimates." That's clearly false advertising.

Excellent. They did a very nice job. They cleaned up after the work. They came when they said they were going to come. They also asked if we had some paint left over to try to match the house which they used so it really came out well. I would use them again.

Started off excellent with an agent doing very through inspection, checking everything and very nice. The price also was excellent until we found out that it was a wrong estimate. We tried to get the correct one but at the end we never got it and we had to pick a contractor and start the project. If the communication was smooth enough and got the estimate quick enough, we would have hired them.

They were great! Helped us with a tree branch that we couldn't reach that would have caused us some abrasion. They did the whole thing in a day. Very professional, prompt. Have great confidence that they did a quality job because that's who they are.

They did an amazing job. Very professional. Were in and out of here very quickly. Meticulous cleanup. Only one issue with the flashing was too aggressive where the roofline met the wall. When questioned they said that was the way it should be but we pushed back and they changed it. When they changed it they used a grout color that didn't match and we pushed back again and they fixed it. Just wish they would have done it right the first time. Other than that they were great. I had heard they were the gold standard in roofing so I held them to it and they rose to the occasion.
