Description of Work: Came out do comp inspection of roof after hail storm. Found no hail damage but suggested a couple of small repairs.

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's List deal for roof maintenance, but was mostly concerned with a roof vent that was leaking. Leak was repaired, but it took some time for the work to get done. Understandable as it was after the horrible winter we just had in Indiana (2013-2014). The crew did not have proper ladder on first visit, so a subsequent visit had to happen. Thought it odd that a roofing contractor would not have a ladder tall enough for my roof as my home is not uniquely tall. The roof pitch is steep, but not terribly abnormal. Not a big deal though. Never got a "report" of how the rest of my roof looked, but just a verbal ok. I would have liked to have seen in writing what was inspected/checked - other than the repair of the roof vent. Otherwise, service tech was friendly and answered my questions/concerns. Even provided some estimates for other improvements to the roof that we may eventually do.

Description of Work: Replaced missing shingles

Description of Work: Grant Casteel completed a "One Time Maintenance" on my roof. He replaced a missing shingle, sealed exposed nail heads, and installed a 3" rain collar. He also offered to clean the section of gutters and downspout in the area of his access to the roof. This was done without charge! Grant also checked attic insulation reporting it was adequate. He explained how extra insulation could help during the summer and winter but was not pushy about having this done. It helped that he let me give him dates and times to choose for this appointment and he was very punctual with arrival. I appreciated his politeness and good personality. I felt comfortable during his visit and will call Bone Dry Roofing when need additional work done.

Description of Work: Bone Dry repaired broken and missing siding from our home as well as missing shingles from our roof. I would highly recommend Bone Dry for Exterior Home Repairs.

Description of Work: They replaced a roof including shingles and decking plus adding a vent. They used lifetime shingles. There exterior department also repaired a large overhang that had been damaged by water and ice. The sales people were very professional and friendly. The guy for the roof was named Shawn, and for the exterior repairs Scott. They were both very good. A couple of my neighbors commented on the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Called and got someone to come out and look at my roof. Never got an estimate sent to me by any means. Called and asked what was going on with my estimate, are you going to provide me with one? I was told they would get back with me. Never did. If they don't want my business just say so don't leave me hanging. Very unprofessional, I'm glad I didn't hire them if they treat potential customers this way how would it be when you have them do work for you and you have a issue?

Description of Work: I had a portion of guttering replaced fur to damage. The quality of the work appears to be good. So I would be inclined to give an A, but the price I was invoiced was over $100 more than the original quote which was in the mid $300s. There was no explanation given on this difference. I did not call to discuss because I don't waste time on such discussions over this amount of money. But I don't know that you should trust their quotes given my experience.

Description of Work: Removed two ice dams. Responded very quick and did a great job.
