Description of Work: They inspected the roof and did some minor repairs. I was very happy with the outcome. They didn't try to sell me a new roof but in fact told me I had several years left on my current one. I was actually expecting bad news. A very nice surprise!

Description of Work: Removed skylight and vent, replaced roofing around chimney. The roofing material arond the chimney and skylight color is way off matching. After the last job, the skylight, I now have a roof leak. They blamed it on the chumney. I had a chimney person I found on Angies list replace mortor and waterseal, still leaks. Even thought they were more expensive, I used them becaause of the Angie's list recomendation. Extremely disappointing in overall quality and professionalism.

Leak around chimney after roof was put on. Was told my chimney needed redone would haven liked to known that and had raised before new roof was installed.

Description of Work: FIXED LEAK AT ROOF @ WATER HEATER PIPE AND FURNACE PIPE- PUT DOWN WATER/ICE SHIELD, PUT IN BATH ROOM VENT IN ROOF THEN ALSO HAD INSULATION BLOWN IN |**THERE WAS A MISHAP WHEN THE NEW WATER HEATER PIPE WAS BEING PUT DOWN THE HOLE-- THE MANAGER OVER THIS CREW WAS VERY CONCERNED AND WILLING TO ACCOMODATE WHEN I INFORMED HIM OF WHAT OCCURED. BUT THE HVAC MAN THAT WAS ALSO PRESENT WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH ALOT OF OTHER ISSUES. IT WAS NOTED IN MY ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED AND THE MANAGER SAID IF ANYTHING CAME UP LATER TO GIVE THEM A CALL AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. |** THE INSULATION PROJECT WENT FINE. THE MAN WHO HEADED UP THE JOB WAS VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE. |***JEFF WAS THE ONE WHO CAME OUT TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM WITH THE ROOF. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WAY HE ALSO SAW OTHER THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED UP IN THE ATTIC AND OTHER PLACES. LIFE IS BUSY AND IT IS NICE TO HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON TO ASSESS THINGS AND GIVE THEIR INPUT. THERE WERE SOME ISSUES THAT AROSE WITH CO-ORDINATING DIFFERENT PROJECTS, BUT JEFF WAS VERY HELPFUL TO FIND A REPLACMENT TO FILL IN FOR SOMONE ELSE WHO HAD TO CANCEL LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED PROJECT. THAT WAS A BIG LIFE SAVER!! :)

Description of Work: Jim and his coworker were excellent! They were friendly, professional, fast, and affordable. Part of the gutter on the second story had pulled away from the house. They honored an Angie's List deal that I had just purchased. They repaired that section of the gutter, cleaned out the gutters, and did some other much needed maintenance. They inspected all of the gutters and the roof. They also recommended adding an apron at an affordable price and they came back later the same day and installed it. When I called Bone Dry Roofing to ask about the deal on Angie's list and to schedule the service, I talked with two different women. They were very friendly and helpful also! My husband is gone all summer with the military so I very much appreciate how wonderful they all were!
