Description of Work: Roof inspection with $145 Maintenance Package revealed need for more extensive roof repairs associated with owner observed leaks. Repairs were completed satisfactorily. Original billing was based on an estimate that specified the labor of 2 persons. Only one person completed the work in the time allotted, and, following discussion, Bone Dry agreed to lower the billing to reflect the cost of the one worker.

Description of Work: This was Bone Dry Exteriors that did my repair, but they were sent out by Bone Dry Roofing. Repaired facia? on front of garage roof which had been damaged by wind. When I mentioned my repaired ice dam damage by another company, he checked this and found there was no flashing on the roof next to house where a I had the leak. The shingles in that area were removed so flashing could be added. They found a hole directly from the outside into the attic. They also fixed the spouting that was not draining correctly. They returned in June to rebuild a rotted post on the front porch. This included rebuilding post, fixing hole into attic and painting trim in that area. Dry Bone Exteriors did a super job for me! The cost of the second repair job was $300 which I thought was very fair. I definitely would call them again for any needed exterior repairs.

Description of Work: Called on Bone Dry to look at a roof leak after some storms as an emergency call. They came out same day to a rural area and gave me a professional opinion, did not gouge me or tell me I needed unnecessary things. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My roof was leaking and the person that fixed it before would not stand by their work. Bone Dry inspected the issue, told me what they would do to fix it and said they would stand by the job. Thankfully they did it right the first time, for the agreed upon price, and I did not have to call them back. |I would use them again if I have another issue.
