Description of Work: Everyone else that I called said that I didn't need to be home for an estimate to an exterior chimney estimate. They seemed the be the only people who actually needed us home to look at something completely on the outside of the house. Didn't make any sense. In the end attempting to even just initiate getting an estimate was more hassle than it was worth. The person I talked to on the phone was new, and didn't know any of their processes, and had to repeatedly put me on hold.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof and gutters due to hail damage

Description of Work: Called them for estimate to repair leak around chimney that was found when I had bathroom remodeling. Came right out for estimate which was the lowest. Work was done promptly after I called them. I am assuming it won't leak again. I didn't get on roof to check it out but looks good from the ground. Cleaned up and left no mess. I would use them for a total roof replacement in a couple of years.

Description of Work: I can only say I requested a quote for roof repairs back in November 2014. And they sent me a reply they would "Get in touch with me soon" but never contacted me to this day February 2015.

Description of Work: An honest appraisal, even though it meant no benefit for their company. Came a day early due to looking ahead to the weather. Did some extra appraisal and gave instruction for DIY repair.

Description of Work: First tech said boot had to be replaced so he could not put collar over it. Second said they just needed a larger one and someone would call me. I have contacted twice since and still no one has called to finish the job. Was told that the price to change the boot was their $275 minimum which would also have covered the services (partially) provided by their $145 Angie's deal. Asked if they could just subtract the $145 and pay the $130 difference and change the boot but they said it would be enough just to put a collar over. Still, it has been a month and nothing has been done.
