Bone Dry Roofing

Everything went as promised. A little hiccup towards the end, but company was very responsive. Nick Peppler was awesome.

I was just up on the roof - May 2017. Before, in late fall and spring, we always had a cluster of leaves and detritus in the corner of the roof above our chimney. Bone Dry put an triangle in there at an angle and then roofed it well. They put heavier flashing around the chimney and bent the top of the flashing and fed it into a slit in the mortar. Then they sealed that edge. What a nice tight job. Five years later everything looks very right and tight.

We picked Bone Dry after getting estimates from five different roofers. Their estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest but they were the best value for the money. Bone Dry is extremely professional from top to bottom and the quality of their work is excellent.

We got 20% off the insulation, a sale that was running with the max insulation option. They are on our call back list, when needed.

I was impressed with their courtesy and timeliness. They cleaned up well in a quick period of time and the costs were reasonable. They worked with me with the insurance company, which was nice.

was looking for repairs to a roof leak, they took forever to answer call, put me on hold a long long time, then collection of the address was a struggle for the woman I was talking with she told me to 'slow down' and I never give that information fast..........oh my I'll just move on to the next roofer company this time.

Excellent process from start to finish. From the estimate to the finished new roof, everyone was professional and detail oriented. The roof looks fabulous and the entire work area was cleaned up meticulously. They addressed problem areas and kept me informed throughout the process. They were not the cheapest price, but they had the best warranty of any of the estimates that I received.

Gentleman arrived late but was extremely apologetic. As he investigated the leak, it was a simple caulk job around a roof fixture. Because he was late and the fix was 15 min, he gave me the service for free! Excellent business ethics!

We were very satisfied. I remember they weren't the least expensive one but we decided to go with them because they had done some other work for us & we were pleased.

Everything went well. They were timely and quick, but did a thorough and professional job.

It turned out well. Very happy with them. I don't remember the cost because the insurance paid for it. They were just excellent. Excellent work, did it very quickly and I mean I just couldn't be happier with a roofing company. That was a time when there was a bunch of roofing companies coming through from Ohio. We went with a local company and very pleased with it. They made sure I didn't know anything. They went to the insurance company. There was a little push back but it got settled and the insurance covered everything. They were very responsive. I would use this company again if I needed it but that roof has a 30 year warranty on it. I would use them if I needed warranty work done on it.

The clean up was perfection. They had about 8 workers here and were awesome. They had our roof totally off and then cleaned off in 6 hours. They are very good people and i would highly recommend them. The supervisor was there the entire day as well. It was very quick and efficient. They also repaired spots on our garage that we didn't even know existed. Also things with our gutters they repaired as well.

I was able to schedule them for a quote the next day, they showed up on time and gave us a fair estimate. The work was completed as promised. We were very pleased with their service!

I think they came out pretty promptly but I thought their price was a little high. I didn't use them. I would get an estimate before considering using them in the future, although I don't plan on doing roofing again for a long time.

They've been pretty good about telling me how many more years I had on my roof. I really felt confident when I called them.

I wasn't really planning on doing this, but they showed me all the benefits so I decided to do it. It will bring my 25 year old home up to code.

This job is complete. It's up and works fine. We've had a couple fires and a couple good winds, and it's holding up great. They were especially good about calling before they came out. They gave me the quote and said they'll be out in two days. Then that morning called me and told me a specific time. The whole job took less than 2 hours. They did a very good job of keeping me informed of where they were. I know the weather had a lot to do with it. This was probably the simpleist of the four jobs. They got right up there and did it with no problems.

The water goes thru but the leaves don't. I'd give them all A's for all the quotes. I liked their presentation, explanation and their price was the best. We ended up using the same shingles the other company quoted. So I feel like I'm getting the same material for a lot better price.

They were the best price. Very professional and answered all my questions.

Everything was together. They took care of everything. I didn't have to call someone else in to do a part of it. They've been real good about keeping me informed and things like that.
