Bone Dry Roofing

Bone Dry did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable and hard working.

Workers did not show up on a couple of the scheduled days. Roofers damaged small landscaping during the old roof removal work. Masonry wall design and brick color do match previous masonry work. That being said the roof, gutters, and masonry work look great and everything appears to be as it should be.

They did a rebuild of my chimney from the roof line up. It was about $6,800.

It went smoothly. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly.

They were recommended to me by other people so I thought I would try them. I kind of like them. They came out and told me what would be going on and so on. I think they're kind of pricey.

Installation date was pushed back about 1 week due to the crew running behind schedule. On the day of installation they were prompt and completed the job in one day including cleanup. We were satisfied with the work and walk through with Nick the next day.

Very well. The Bone Dry crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and was careful to protect the landscaping. After both days of work the crew went over the sidewalks, lawn and flower beds with magnets to pick up stray nails. We are very pleased with the job done.

They did a great job especially matching the brick which was very difficult to match. They covered plants, cleaned up afterwards and were efficient in their work.

I wish I had never heard of this company. I will not name my residential roofing specialist, because my experience was so terrible. On his second visit to my house to sign their agreement, his phone kept ringing and he is fond of profanity which I thought was highly unprofessional. I was constantly calling to receive what was promised weeks prior; he told me that my insurance company denied part of my claim and yet my insurance had never heard from them nor denied anything. He finally had something sent to them in August; although the process began in early May and was completed in July. He told me that BoneDry did not do painting work and I would have to hire someone on my own, yet they painted my neighbor's house. They upgraded my roof without asking and I honestly do not care for it. The supervisor told me "it will grow on you". My gutter install was scheduled and no one ever told me. When the contractor called to confirm and I told him I was out of the country, he acted like it was a major inconvenience. My roofing specialist now calls me weekly for payment on the balance of the project, yet he did not call me a total of four times in the past four months before the project was completed. I called the owner Gene twice and left messages early in this process, and he has never called me back. I have called Traci in their finance department twice now for an updated invoice reflecting the $11,000 payment and I have never heard back. My last call to them was on September 24; I would think if they wanted their final payment so badly, they would be able to send me proper documentation. The work done was fine. I still don't care for the look of my roof two months later, but there is not much I can do. The only time you can get this company to call you and follow-up on anything is when they are inquiring on payment. Several of my neighbors also used this company and had completely different experiences. Apparently, it all depends on the roofing specialist, and mine was awful.

Outstanding from start to finish. Very professional, grounds were cleaned from debris the two days it took for the work to be completed. No nails found on the ground from this job. Mike Sotolongo did an amazing job supervising and keeping the crew on task, and on time. Five stars to MIke.

The Fort Wayne office & crew were wonderful!!! Can't say enough good things about them. Very professional from the sales agents to the installation crew. On time, high quality product & labor, excellent warranty, good pricing, thorough clean up. Entire tear off and complete install all done in one day by their experienced crew. They actually had a dedicated crew leader that oversaw the entire project and made sure that all aspects were done correctly & answered all our questions as the project proceeded. After first big rain, we had absolutely NO problems with leaks or any other problem areas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Fort Wayne, IN area that needs a new roof. Thank you Bone Dry for a beautiful new roof !

They did not show up on the scheduled day and it was raining with lightning. I called them and they returned my call at 1:45 pm to say they would be out the next day and they were. They came out installed the new gutters. But, I have picked up 37 sheetmetal screws from my backyard.

Mine is a flat roof. They used a product called TPE which was big improvement over what I had up there. Great job on tear off and install. They were fast and responsive. Great work. I highly recommend Bone Dry and would use again.

We're in the process of having bids. They haven't actually done the work yet. We've asked for a replacement, but they have not done it yet. The only problem is the big backlog and the big lag between the estimate and when the work can actually be completed. Summertime may be a busy time for them. I haven't' seen the quality yet, but they seem to have a good reputation among neighbors or people I know. The salesman who did the initial evaluation was not easily available by phone and did not return calls with questions I had. I was eventually called by someone else in the company to confirm after I sent in a written letter of intent/interest, but there was no chance to secondarily question the salesman that initially approached me. I don't have any experience in that (punctuality). Yes, he was punctual for the day he came out for the original estimate. I think it was a good presentation, it was fairly thorough in what was covered. I would use their service. My only complaint is the salesman ability to follow up on a return call.

Grant who came out and provided the quote was very professional. There was some confusion when the actual work was done. I wanted to be on site when the work was done and I don't think the gentleman doing the work understood that. Regardless, the repair seems to have turned out great (I'll know for sure once we get a good rain). I like that before and after pictures of the repair were provided to me. I would use Bone Dry Roofing again. (in the pics the color of the repaired roof area looks drastically different from the original roofing - but you can't see the difference from the ground at all)

Costs were reasonable and the quality was good. They were easy to work with and if I had a problem, they addressed it and took care of it.

It went very well. Roof looks great and was done as scheduled in one long day. The gutter and downspout crew came a few days later than promised and took 2 days to complete the work but all looks good. Bone Dry worked directly with my insurance and the cost came it at exactly what my claim paid. I added a few extras I had to pay for (more insulation, upgraded shingle type, etc.) but they were worth it and reasonable in cost.

They were competitively priced, did a good job easy to work with. Dependable. And provided excellent follow.

I've been very pleased with Bone Dry and their services. I think that case was an inspection and an estimate and we had possibly some work done from that. I used them a couple times. I think their pricing was fair.

They did an excellent job. They were very efficient, polite, and nice. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The insurance paid for most of the roof, and also for new gutters/downspouts. This was my first time using this company, and would not hesitate to call them again!

We were happy with them. They did good work and they did it promptly.

It was real quick and easy to do. If I have to do a roof replacement I wouldn't use them because I have somebody else, but I would use them again.

The head guy was here all 3 days around 8 am. Got here around 8 am. The workers came at 8:30 am. They came to work & that's what they did for 2 1/2 days.
