BOB BLOCK FITNESS EQUIPMENT

Description of Work: I used them to sell my Hoist V4. The machine sold within the first week but delivery did not take place for another couple of months to the new owner. It then took another 3 months to finally receive my share of the sale and only after númerous calls to the store and broken guarantees that the "check was in the mail". While the outcome was eventually ok I found them difficult to deal with from a professional business standpoint. I was a good customer having purchased 3 expensive pieces of equipment plus weight bench and free weights in the past. I was very disappointed with how this transaction went.

Description of Work: I had contacted the Westside 2 Men and a Truck via web site to help me move a professional Arc-Trainer from the National Institute of Fitness and Sport to my house, they were so diligent that they noticed I had said it was professional and that it was very heavy. They contacted me and explained that while they would love to have my business, I really should check with Bob Block Fitness or BGI. I contacted BGI first, and then Bob Block. Joshua from Bob Block asked me enough questions about the equipment to help me realize that it might not fit in my house, because the equipment was welded and could not be taken apart. I measured the trainer, and measured the room where I planned to place it and the doorway was 1.5 inches too small. It could have been a disaster, if I had simply been scheduled for a move - and then would have found out once they got there that it wouldn't fit. Instead, NIFS refunded my money and all is well. Thank you, thank you, thank you for preventing a disaster that would have cost me a lot, and a huge piece of equipment with no place to go.
