 + -1 moreWent well. They were professional. They arrived on time. I did realize once they left that when the couch was moved against the wall to clean the main part of the room, they didn't move it back and clean the area where the couch was located.

 + -1 moreI'm so sorry! I put the wrong review on for this company initially. This carpet cleaning was PERFECT. They did a wonderful job & took extra steps to make the cleaning product mixture so that it would not bother my sensitivities to scent. I would love to have them back soon and meant to give them all A's. The company I'd meant to have the "F" rating was a house cleaning one I'd attempted to use earlier in the year. I highly recommend Simply Clean for any floor cleaning needs

 + -1 moreLenny and Jenny were very professional and great to work with. There were a lot of pet stains and other stains from the previous homeowner that I was hoping to get rid of. The basement carpet looked great wet but when the carpet dried, all the stains came back. I know that is not Simply Clean's fault, I was just disappointed. I am satisfied that even though we still have the stains, the carpet is technically clean.
Description of Work: They cleaned up to 3,000 sq ft of carpet.

Description of Work: first they vacuum all the areas they were going to clean. They cleaned my baseboards in those. Rooms. They sprayed a solution before cleaning the carpets. The carpets came out beautiful and the stains and heavy traffic areas were great. Definitely would use them again.

The cleaning technicians were a little behind schedule that day but not too bad. They were very friendly and thorough with the cleaning. They were careful not to damage my wood floors. The carpets looked great afterwards. I will have them back to do the basement when we finish some remodeling.

However they made sometime that afternoon and it worked out ok. It was a good price and the quality was ok. They Were prompt they cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied.

I worked with Rich and Tony and couldn't have been happier. They did not charge me for every minute detail, like getting gum up or focusing on a pet accident. Seriously, I am happy as a clam. I will be referring Simply Clean to everyone I know! Also, I had them clean our rental, again, home run there too.
