Richard and Daniel cleaned carpet in family member's apartment. Took extra effort to clean pet stains from carpet. Carpet areas look nice and stains are gone.

We haven't been able to move into the condo or even spend more than a few minutes there because of the smell. Tony came to investigate the odor. He thought the smell was probably from new carpet, so his suggestion was to open the windows & air the place out really well, then have the air ducts cleaned, then call him if the smell was still around. I really appreciate that he didn't try to sell us his services unnecessarily. The air duct cleaning revealed that the smell was concentrated in the furnace area - if replacing the smelly box doesn't solve the problem, we'll call Tony again.

The young man who came got everything out perfectly and gave good advice for carpet care. The company was able to accommodate me within four days of my request. The owner answered the phone on a weekend--I was expecting voice mail. I will definitely use this service again.

Richard arrived for the appointment on time, in uniform, and in a company van. He was friendly, courteous and professional as I showed him the areas to be cleaned, including one particular small area that was heavily stained. He said it would take a couple of hours to finish and I asked him to text me when he was done, which he did - right on time. When I came back I could see that he did a really, really good job including getting out that stubborn stain. I would not hesitate to call Simply Clean again for my carpets and will certainly recommend them to others.

I really appreciated them scheduling me on Sunday so I did not have to wait two weeks for the service.

In a word -- GREAT! This company did the best job of cleaning my carpets that I have ever seen. They showed up on time, got right to work pretreating areas that needed it, shampooed every carpet in my house, and even moved certain smaller pieces of furniture that I had requested that they clean under. The next time I have my carpets cleaned, I will most definitely call them again. (Which is actually why I'm here, making sure I have their correct contact info to hire them again now. Then I discovered that I had never written their review!)

They were on time. They were very efficient, very professional. I used to be in that business so I know what to look for and I will definitely be using them again.

The total score I'm giving is somewhere between a B+ and A minus. The crew (2 men) from Simply Clean did a great job of cleaning the carpets. The problem was the drying process. They only had one industrial sized fan (which seemed kind of small to me), and they really should have had three industrial sized fans. When they were done and left the house with the fan, they told us the carpets would finish drying out in about 4 or 5 hours. They were completely wrong. It took 2 days for the carpets to completely dry out. There was an odor from the living room carpet after the first day, but when the carpets completely dried out the odor went away.

We had a set time and they came an hour early. Which would normally be good but I work. The carpets were left kinda wet. I know they are a little wet but they were left like soaking wet. I live in a second story condo. I don't know if they did not have the machinery to do it but it seems like they were doing it with hot water. I have had better carpet service. They don't listen so they just left the end table and did not move it. I can understand not moving the couch but an end table. It was deal I got on Angie's List. I think that is why the deal was so good. I think that is why I selected them.

They're the only people I use to clean carpets. I used them on my own and other properties a well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were very professional and polite. Called about 40 minutes before arriving. Prompt response to website inquiry and worked with me to get the best deal based on our needs. A few kid/pet stains were not possible to get out of carpet, but look much better than before they started. Got the urine smell out of the chair, which I already tried unsuccessfully to do on my own with a SpotBot.
