+ -1 moreWe bought a deal on Angie's List from Simply Clean. They did a great job cleaning the carpeting in our full finshed basement and the staircase. At first, I thought the carpeting seemed wetter than with other cleaning companies we've used, but it dried in the normal amount of time.

+ -1 moreIt was okay. They had to come back the second time. They did correct the problem. People were nice. I had them do extra work besides that too. I think the problem was their machine had malfunctioned so they had to come back and do the job over again. They came back and made the corrections so I don't have any complaints there. Price was fair. Their punctuality was great.

+ -1 moreMy husband was home at the time the service was provided. We have high traffic area that I felt was not cleaned well. My husband asked them about it and was told that the carpet was clean it was just the carpet was worn out in that area and that's why it looked like that. We had another cleaner come out and the area looks much better. I also thought the price was a little high compared to others I found. I was hoping that meant higher quality, but that was not the case this time.

+ -1 more.They do a fantastic job. Very reasonable. I'm not related to them in any way shape or form. I started using them about three years ago.They do a real good job. When they leave everything is perfect, They put corner guards on everything they do such a nice job.

+ -1 moreThey vacuumed, they pulled back drapes, moved light furniture, spot cleaned and washed carpet.? They also provide drying/wind machine at end of cleaning.? No one hardly does this anymore. They are more concerned with the quality of the job, time spent and great care and attention to detail, then rushing off quickly to the next paid job. Tony is the owner and Richard and his son came to my house!? I even tipped them. Best experience, I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again!
