Description of Work: What a difference a professional makes. I must say Simply Clean is tops. Two nicely groomed men arrived after first checking by phone if we were ready for them. They introduced themselves and both shook my hand. They first asked to see the rooms contracted for. After they checked the carpet they explained it would take 6 hours for it to dry and they would prefer we not set anything on the cleaned carpet until then. I asked to have two more rooms cleaned in addition. A far amount was added to the contract. Before starting they rolled up our Oriental rug in the entry, laid down protective drop cloths before they carried the hose and equipment up the stairs. Following the cleaning they brought in huge fans to assist in drying. All done in an hour and half. Beautiful.

Description of Work: They were very nice and did a good job but unfortunately the chemicals used had an extremely strong smell that lasted for a good 24 hrs. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in the house the same night

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms & 2 sets of stairs. Very nice guys. Called 30 minutes before arriving. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that they did not move anything, just cleaned around it all. I had moved most everything out, but thought small chairs & end tables would be moved for cleaning underneath the feet, & they were not. But overall, I was quite pleased. |
