The folks at SHO PRO, led by Donald Lee, worked with my insurance company and were completely professional from start to finish. They replaced my Original Gutter Covers, which they had installed less than a year ago that were damaged in a hail storm. The work was completed in a timely fashion and they even coordinated their work with my roofing contractor to facilitate the jobs. These are quality covers that perform and I would not only recommend them, but I would certainly call upon SHO PRO for future home improvements. A+

They did a really really good job. It went wonderfully. I couldn't be more pleased. It has made the room so different. They were efficient, polite, and on time.

I thought the product was very expensive. After checking around after the job I found they were very expensive. I also had to call them to come back to fix some things that I thought weren't quite right. They did respond and come back to make the repairs and this was over a period of a few months. I felt the price was high and the quality could have been better.

I signed a card at the Indy Home Shop. Sho Pro called a couple of times. Finally made an appt. They showed up on time and talked for 2.5 hours. Quote was very very high. Called the boss (so he said) an came down to very high price. Called the next day to talk to someone and left messages. Got no return call. Talked to the receptionist and still got no return call. Had 3 business days to cancel. Took a letter to business. Receptionist called someone to come down and he finally said that they were busy to just leave the forn. I had the receptionist write his name and the time and the date on my forn so that I had proof. Called my attourney about the money down, as it says that it will be returned within 10 days, he said to give them 10 full days and after that he will deal with them. If they won't return your calls to answer a question they sure won't answer them if you have a problem. It was all a very bad experience with a high pressure salesman. I would not reccommend then to anyone for anything.

Sales man came out for an estimate, he was offensive and would not leave. He smelt like an ashtray, wore a dirty clothes and scared my wife. He was so sketchy my wife took the kids and left the room. I asked him to cut the sales pitch and provide the information I wanted but he would not stop. He insisted we watch a DVD while he work out the numbers. 1 hour after we watched the video and listened to him ramble he said he needed to crunch the numbers to get us a price. If it is as simple as a certain price per foot it's not hard to figure out. When I walked him to the door I had to lead him out. I was standing in the cold without shoes on while he was still in my entry talking to me. He was a very poor representation of a company I thought had a better reputation. I have done a lot of research into this type of product yet he was talking to me as if I have no clue how gutters work.

Our chief complaint was that, after numerous messages left on an answering machine, there was no response. After one of the trips to unclog our gutters much earlier (there were two such trips) Sho-Pro suggested that big mouths should be installed at all four corners of the house (big mouths enlarge the area between the eaves and down spouts). After our complaint to you Sho-Pro responded immediately. They agreed that they were negligent in not responding to my calls. Sho-Pro installed big mouths on Sunday after contacting me in person on Saturday. Hopefully the problem is now corrected.

Although I would give the company an A- rating, they do need to improve in the area of returning phone calls in a timely manner; there were times when they didn't get back to me as quickly as I'd expect from such a good company.

The installation went well. However, one of the gutters was not angled appropriately and was leaking. They came to repair it and the repairman put a hole in the gutter so that we now have two leaks. That was in Feb 2008. It is now May 2008, and the situation has not been resolved. We have called and spoke with individuals and left messages approximately one dozen times over the past many months with no remedy to the problem. Finally by June of 2008 they figured out that the gutter could not be angled away from the house based on the way the garage itself was leveled. In the end they appropriately put an extension on the drain so that it wouldn't flow icy water all over the place. However, I would have preferred a longer extension on the drain pipe into our little garden so that there would not only be a direct feed of water into the garden but also a better conduit of water away from the walkway in the winter. Unfortunately, they did not consult us before placing the extension. Knowing that at this point what they did was better than nothing, I let it it go and did not want to pursue it so that I didn't have to deal with them anymore.

Representative called to make an appointment to measure for gutter replacements and guards as a result of my filling out a card at the Home and Garden Show. After making the appointment, the representative called back to state that both my wife and I must be present to obtain an estimate for the work. I canceled the appointment. Although I understand the "sales" aspect of having both people present, it is not the way to satisfy most customers. I refuse to do business with a company which has so little consideration for their potential customers and would recommend that others do the same. Lesson learned...check THE LIST first. Had I done that, I would have seen similar comments and would never have signed up to receive a call from them.

I am hoping to have my gutters replaced soon, so I signed up for some info re: the company. I received a call from a representative who set up an appointment for someone to come to our home for a free estimate. She was friendly, but she asked many questions that felt a little pushy and intrusive, such as what we each did for a living and how much schooling we'd had. She insisted that BOTH myself and my husband be present for this appointment, which is very hard for us. After lots of re-shuffling of our schedules/plans/lives, we set an appointment. The day of the appointment, we received a call from the same woman saying that he "was just not going to make it". The woman calling said, "To make it up to you, we'd like to have him come out tomorrow." How on earth is it "making it up to me" for my husband and me to reschedule a whole new day? I declined her offer, and they lost my sale. Overall, the interaction felt pushy and uncomfortable.

They called us numerous times after the Indianapolis home show to give us a free estimate, good for a year, for leaf guards for our gutters. On Saturday, February 2nd 2008 they called, & spoke with my husband. They insisted this was a great deal etc., they would be in the neighborhood, so he agreed and they stated they would come out within the hour. When the estimator came out, he stated we both needed to be home so he would make another call in the area and then get right back to us. I actually passed him in our driveway on the way in. He did not turn around or return later as promised, despite they had numerous calls to us to book the appointment. This left me very skeptical as to the reasoning behind the appointment.

They did a good job of cleaning everything up and didn't leave a mess. They were able to get it all done in one day which was nice. If needed I would use them again in the future.

They did a very good job! They check off and on too to make sure everything is OK.

I have to state that when they originally put the gutter guards up in 2004, I was not happy with the work at all. However, I will say that since I had them come out and replace the gutter guards from the hail damage, I expressed my concerns, and am totally happy with a job well done.

Great, they showed up when they said. Went straight to work, before I knew it the screens where off and the gutters were ready for a water test meaning they where clean. Within an 1 1/2 they had completed the job, cleaned up and even talked with us and the neighbors.

Company did not provide an estimate as promised.

I had some hail damage, which required the company to come out and replace part of my system. While the repairman was there, he noticed that I had something that did not look right with my roof. They stopped working on my gutters so that I could get a roofing guy to come take a look, and the roofing estimator found that I did have a serious problem with the roof. ShoPro worked with me to remove my gutter covers and, since repairing the roof required that the roofer tear down part of my gutters, Sho Pro worked up a quote to replace the gutter when they came back to repair the covers. I have never worked with a company that was so helpful. Their customer service rep rep, Don Lee, coordinated everything and worked with me and the roofing contractor to make sure everything got done in a timely fashion. ShoPro's crew were professional and really did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done and I am extremely pleased with the final result. I can't say enough good things about them.

We called Sho-Pro to inspect our gutters after the hale storm and they saw that there was damage to the gutter covers. They work with our insurance company to resolve the money issue and promptly replaced our damaged gutters. Don Lee was very good as the companies representative.

They were very prompt, very helpful, follow-up, very thorough. The quality of the work was good, very professional.

I would like to give a big plus to Jim Houser. We had some difficulties but he bent over backwards to resolve an issues. They completed the work yesterday and the work was fantastic. John (our tech) is a true artisan. They're absolutely beautiful - better than they were before. Price is an estimate.

They did a superb job. They did it very quickly and the job was done neatly. Very professional. They started early and gone done quickly.
