They never retuned my calls

It was very good. He came on time and the pricing was good.

We have used him a couple of times for few different things. We really liked him, his integrity, and the work that he did. I just think his work is excellent and his prices are fair. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do. Of course I paid a lot of money but still it is in line with the other companies.

Excellent! He went above and beyond for us. He came out several times to check on the progress of our concrete work and give us advice before he changed out the liner. He's very professional and knowledgeable. We have called him since to ask questions and we appreciated the time he took with us.

I was in desperate need of a pool service person on the day I called Jeff. After calling several other places who wouldn’t even consider getting me in that day – Jeff quickly replied and came out that afternoon. He assessed my situation – even tried everything he could to ensure that a new pump was what was actually needed, as to not impose any unnecessary costs on us. He also tested our water and provided us with several gallons of liquid chlorine free of charge to help clear up our cloudy water. He and his technician were very professional, helpful, and kind. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable! Probably the best pool service company we have found yet – and we have used about EVERY ONE listed in the top ten on Angie’s List!

We are buying a new house with a pool. I had scheduled a pool inspection on July 7, 2010 with Jeff from Barton Pool Company in Indianapolis. He never showed up so I called and left a message on Jeff's voicemail and he never called back. Evidently he is not looking for new customers. That is not a good first impression. So I found someone else.

We have had them out one time so far. It was a great experience. We look forward to having them back. After our last pool person went to jail Barton pool came to the rescue. They got back to me right away and came when he said he would. He was professional and experienced. He has all his supplies with him and was able to take care of things on the spot. It was such a great experience we signed him up on the spot for weekly cleaning and to close our pool and the end of the year. I did not fill in a dollar amount because I have not received a bill yet.

I had run into issues with another pool service company and switched to Barton Pool Service based on reviews on Angielist. Jeff closed my pool last year and did a great job so i contacted him again this year to open the pool. I had issues all through last year with my pool and he recommended starting afresh by draining the pool. I personally liked the recommendation and thought the price was very fair.

Our heater arrived without prior notice about noon. We called to see if Jeff could put it in as soon as possible because we were having a pool party the next day. He arrived a couple of hours later. Before he could finish it started pouring down rain. He sat in the truck and waited for it to stop raining so he could finish the job. Did a great job. Great price and great service. Would highly recommend.

I've been having problems with my pool for a while. Even once I decided to get a salt chlorinator the company I paid to install it never showed up because they "got too busy." Jeff told me exactly what I needed and got it done quickly. He patiently educated me on what I need to do to use the system from here on out. Clear. Concise. Punctual. Efficient. Reasonably priced. Responsive.

Jeff was reachable, professionalbe and knowledgeable about pool work. He showed us how to do some work ourselves and has been back to check our work and pool on two occations.

They have been very responsive and have given me excellent care. I have been really impressed with them. I would recommend them to anybody that has a pool. They are prompt, and their prices are competitive.
