I am delinquent in getting this report out but still wished to do so. I had used Bane previously and was pleased with results. Last year however, I was not pleased with the results. Seemed to take forever to dry. A stain that I later removed with a spray cleaner myself was still there after Bane cleaned. Staff complained about moving the beds and an entertainment center and did not seem happy when I said that had always been done previously by Bane staff without asking if it was necessary. Also after Bane left, the headboard on my bed was loose from moving the bed and I had to retighten it myself. This year when my carpet was due to be cleaned, I bought a Bissell (at a little over half the cost of my last carpet cleaning) and am very pleased with the results I got on my own. No more professional cleaning for me.

I have used Bane for years, both for in-house and area rug cleaning. This time was just as good as all the rest. Their prices are reasonable, the people friendly and quality great.

They are always here when they say they are going to be. They were very clean and didn't leave any type of a mess when they left.

Drop off and pick up went smoothly. I think the price is reasonable for the work. My rug was noticeably cleaner. There was no unpleasant cleaner smell. The people I was in contact with were all nice. The work was done within a week as promised; they called to tell me.

DIDN'T INTRODUCE THEMSELVES WHEN THEY ARRIVED LATE WEREN'T POLITE. CHAIR WASN'T CLEAN AND THEY JUST SAID THEY COULDN'T DO IT. THEY WERE DIRTY LOOKING. THEY DID GET SOME DIRTY SPOTS OUT OF THE COUCH.

We had an area rug that had a mysterious odor since we purchased it (50% off sale). We took it to Bane Carpet Cleaning because nothing I was doing was able to get the smell out. Bane did the cleaning in a timely manner and deoderized the rug. (We haven't been able to put the rug back out because of holiday decorations, so I am not sure if they were able to get the smell out.)

Bane's employee was on time, cooperative, and did a good job.

TWO EMPLOYEES CAME TO MY HOUSE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND IN UNIFORM. THEY SPENT SOME TIME DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATE CLEANING METHOD. ONCE THEY WERE DONE, THEY ASKED ME TO LOOK THE COUCHES OVER TO BE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. I TRULY WAS.

VERY GOOD AND PLEASED. OUR RUG CAME OUT VERY WELL. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR CLEANING OUR RUG WAS FOR A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 120 SQUARE FEET. SINCE OUR RUG WAS ONLY 80 SQUARE FEET WE COULD CLEAN ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE FOR THE BALANCE. THIS WE DID GETTING A STUBBORN DOG STAIN UP IN OUR BEDROOM.

WE HAVE USED BANE SEVERAL TIMES FOR WATER DAMAGE TO OUR CARPETS FROM FLOODING. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS, ON TIME AND EFFICIENT. WE USED THEM AGAIN FOR REGULAR CARPET CLEANING ALSO.

WORK DONE WAS GOOD. WORKERS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH THE HOSE--IT KNOCKED OVER SOME PAINTINGS. FORTUNATELY, THEY WERE NOT DAMAGED, BUT HAD I NOT MOVED THEM, I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD HAVE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT WOULD HAVE HELPED IF THE WORKERS HAD ASKED FOR ITEMS TO BE MOVED IF THEY WERE IN THE WAY.

THE WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY CLEANED THE CARPET, BUT DID A VERY BAD JOB. THEY CREATED SOME NEW SPOTS WITH WHATEVER CHEMICAL THEY USED. THEY FAILED TO CLEAN SOME OBVIOUSLY SOILED AREAS AND OVERALL DID A POOR JOB. MY WIFE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME BACK OUT AND TRIED TO TELL HER THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE NEW SPOTS ON THE CARPET AND THAT THE CARPET WAS JUST OLD AND COULD NOT BE TOTALLY CLEANED. SHE INSISTED THEY DO THE CLEANING AGAIN. THEY GRUMBLED AND COMPLAINED THE WHOLE TIME THEY RE-CLEANED THE CARPET. AMAZINGLY THE YELLOW SPOTS THEY LEFT WERE REMOVED AND THE SOILED AREAS LOOKED MUCH BETTER. THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM, BUT THE WORKERS COMPLAINED THE WHOLE TIME AND HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS FINE. HE WAS ON TIME AND POLITE ENOUGH. THE SERVICE WAS OKAY TOO, NOTHING IMPRESSIVE. THE SOFA HAD A FEW RECENT STAINS. THE REP EXPLAINED THAT STAINS WERE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE WHEN DRY CLEANING. WHEN HE WAS DONE, THERE WAS NO NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE STATE OF OUR FURNITURE. I DON'T KNOW IF MY EXPECTATIONS WERE UNFAIR, BUT I DID EXPECT SOMETHING OF AN IMPROVEMENT. I GOT VERY LITTLE FOR MY $125.

PERSONNEL WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED THE CARPET QUICKLY AND WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

THEY HONORED A "AAA" MOTOR CLUB DISCOUNT. TWO PEOPLE DID THE WORK. ONE WAS VERY EXPERIENCED AND THE OTHER MUST HAVE BEEN NEWER, (BUT STILL KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING).

I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO BABYSIT THEM.
