They do a really good job caring for my carpet, which isn't the same process as regular carpets. They have great specials and always make sure I am getting my money's worth! They are always very friendly, careful with their shoes, and take extra care when there are doggy spots. I discovered them a long time ago, and I think they are just great!

Excellent. I would (and will) use them again.

The price was reasonable. The owner is my friend. The quality of work is good. They were responsive and they came right over. It is a well run company. They were very good.

The woman I spoke with told me they charge so much per side. I explained it didn't have any sides as it was an oval. She seemed to be getting annoyed with with me and I never did get a straight answer about the cost so I am going with someone else.

In the high traffic areas the dirt did not come out.

I do a lot of animal rescue and I had quite a bit of spots on my carpets. They did an absolutely superb job with the cleaning of those carpets. They were on time and very thorough with their work.

Considering that Bane was challenged with a difficult job, I can say they did a very good job. I cannot say it was perfect, but considering all factors, it was good and we will use them again in the future.

They finished sooner then they had estimated and did a good job. The people were very friendly and courteous.

Took two rugs to their location on Keystone Avenue. The process of dropping them off, measuring, paying in advance took about 20 minutes. The rugs were cleaned, wrapped and ready to pick up two business days later. The rugs look great and have no chemical/solvent odor, which I appreciate.

The technician had trouble with a pump in the truck not working properly and at one point was beating it with something and yelling obscenities at it. The technician was also not the most personable. That being said, one technician should not reflect upon the entire company. The carpets were clean when he left despite his mechanical difficulties.

They were very prompt. They were really friendly and easy to get a hold of. They returned my phone calls right away. They were very thorough explaining what they were going to do and offered me extra options that I could have done as well.

They were great. I was not expected them to be able to do the rug because most places will not clean them.

My experience with them was good. He was late but otherwise it was fine. I would recommend them and use them again.

It was fine. They were responsive when I called. They were prompt. They were inexpensive. They got a few pet stains out of the carpet. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpets did a fantastic job! He measured the area to be cleaned and provided an estimate within 10 minutes of his arrival. He was very thorough and worked VERY hard to remove some tough stains. There were only a few that he could not get out but he provided a thorough and satisfactory explanation as to why he was unable to remove them. When he had finished, he even cleaned the large area rug by the front door (which got very dirty because it was a terribly rainy day). The carpets look wonderful and it was a pleasant experience.

Where the cat lounges on the sofa, the fabric was soiled. Bane came out and looked at it and told me their products would not work on my fabric (which are natural materials). He advised me to not have them do it as it would look worse when they were done. I appreciated his honesty and called another cleaner, who looked at the sofa and told me the same thing.

Very well. They let me know when they were on there way so I could meet them at the correct time. The work was completed efficiently and affordable. The carpet was much improved.

Reasonable price. Dependable and will come back if something is wrong. Have used them for many years.

Great! They were running a few minutes late but called to let me know and then the overall job took much less time than I thought. The tech was skilled and very nice, I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. He even spot treated a dog potty spot that was made the morning they came out (good timing for the puppy I guess).

They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job.

When originally scheduling I indicated that I needed a morning appointment. The procedure is for them to call you the night before the appointment with a definite time for their arrival. When they called, I had been scheduled for afternoon so I had to reschedule. Technician did work quickly, but did not move some smaller pieces of furniture (night table) that I feel like he should have. He also forgot to do the closets which I didn't realize until after he had starting putting away equipment. He did come back in and do them, but was either frustrated with me or himself, I'm not sure. He also did not wear any protection on his shoes and was walking on our new light colored carpet to get to the back bedrooms. That made me uncomfortable and when I asked him about it, he did not correct the situation, but made a comment about his shoes being clean. Overall, I got the carpets cleaned but I don't intend to use this company again.

They did an awesome job also cleaned up after they were completed. I thought it might be a challenge because the runner on the staircase but the job ended up being perfectly done.

Carpet had dog urine stains and smell, asked for the works, they were very fast but work appeared to be very good. Chemical odors lasted longer than expected, but it was a small price to pay for the excellent work that was done.
