Were able to fit me in for service the day after I called to schedule. The woman who scheduled the appointment was courteous -- gave me a ballpark estimate that turned out to be very close to final cost. The men who did the carpet cleaning arrived within the time frame promised and were very efficient and thorough. We were pleased with the result.

They did a great job. They were prompt, careful in my home and my carpets look great.

Overall very good service. One stain could not be completely eliminated, however it is not so noticeable. They did a very good job in the all the high traffic areas. Will hire Bane-Clene again.

I had used this company before I was an Angie's List member and I remembered how much I had liked them and their work. I was delighted to see that they were on Angie's List, and even more delighted that it was the same two gentleman from the past job. They were a pleasure to work with and except for a much cleaner carpet, it's like they were never here. Very clean in their work and efficient with time. Very accommodating with our questions. Great with explanations. Our carpeting looks so nice!! We will always use them for our carpet cleaning and we can highly recommend them to anyone for their needs!

I am completely satisfied with the company. My first phone call was answered by a very pleasant and knowledge young woman who scheduled my cleaning. I received a call the day before to confirm. The carpet cleaners were on time. They did a great job. They were careful to be very clean and respect the rest of my house. They were articulate and efficient. The cleaned 2 flights of stairs and a huge rec room in my lower level. They finished in no time and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them exclusively. I highly recommend them.

They did very well overall, in fact it was an exceptional cleaning. They did not knick any of my woodwork, and the floor looked good.

We are always very pleased with the work they do. We usually have them out in the fall and in the spring. We have light carpeting and we have a large extended family and so they get a little dirty. So, we have them out twice a year. They have always been prompt and they have always been fair. The price includes the tools that they use for stain removal.

We have used them for several years and have been very pleased. They have done upholstery cleaning in the past as well. We have recommended them to neighbors.

Jerry arrived on time. I asked him for an estimate to clean the house. I explained to him that renters just moved out of the house and everything was a bit of a mess. Being that they are carpet cleaners, one would they would lean towards cleaning rather than replacing. Jerry was very honest. He told me there were too many stains and odors that would not come out to where he felt I would be happy. He took a lot of time even though he knew that there would be no work for him in the end. He explained what he saw in the carpet and we talked about proper care of a carpet once we get new ones laid. I thank him for his honesty and not just trying to "get the job."

They did miss a spot, but came out again to clean it free of charge. They did a good job. They honored the coupon from the Angie's List booklet.

Our oldest dog has storm anxiety and was given a mild relaxant and then put on our bed to sleep by one of our children. Sometime during the night the accident occurred unbeknownst to our child. I called Bane and was told they had experience with shooting the mattress with a molecular solution that neutralized the urine. The representative came and spent time cleaning the mattress as was proposed. I put fans on the mattress for several days. The application and removal worked and I can sleep on the mattress again. Of course,the accident happened on my side of the bed! This didn't totally eliminate the odor if I put my nose in the mattress, but I don't notice the odor when I am laying in bed anymore. It was awful before. I was ready to get rid of the bed. The technician worked very hard, was right on time, and was very friendly.

Jerry shows good work ethic, high standards. Moved furniture, worked alone. Considerate, courteous, quiet.

I was scheduled from 3-5 PM. They called at 5:20 to say they were just leaving the last job and it would be 45 minutes before they could get to my address. They gave me the option to come at 6 pm or reschedule. I rescheduled. Once they were there they did a fine job. It was just frustrating to have to reschedule.

They did a great job, have been in Indy for a long time, and are very knowledgeable about different usages of chemicals for different kind of stains. They looked like they did a good job with no glitches.

We had one room of year and a half old carpet cleaned. Having a dog who can be very creative about his diet, there were several spots which I could not get up. The gentlemen from Bane were prompt, professional and went immediately to work upon arrival. In about 45 minutes the carpet looked like new....no spots and very clean. We will have Bane back in the future.

They were very kind. I hadn't had my carpet clean before. Alex and Harry were very kind in explaining what they were going to do. I had everything moved except my dining room table. They informed me how long I would need to wait in order to allow the carpet to dry. They were considerate with my home. I would use them again.

Cleaned way beyond what I expected. He took the time to thoroughly clean it. He came back, cleaned spots that resurfaced from padding, in "My" opinion other Co's. use pressure that grinds & mats dirt into carpet. Bane's in, dirt gone.

Disappointed. I picked Bane-Clene because it was Angie's List rated highly. They advertised pet stains being a specialty. (dog diarrhea that we had cleaned as best we could on a light colored carpet.) They came and said they did not know what they could do with the stains. They sprayed a little stuff on them and did theyeir standard cleaning of the whole room. The stains were only affected a little. I went out and bought a brand at a pet store (and used it up and did not keep the can) and it did a much better job.
