Description of Work: My mother and I had Bane clean our Oriental rugs. There were 3 large and 2 smaller. They were beautifully done. In the 90's I had them clean my carpets (all gone now to hardwood floors and Oriental rugs). They did a great job. I cannot say currently, but we are about to take them 3 more rugs. The only negative is that they used to pick up and deliver and as of 2005 they didn't any more. We took the rugs to them and the service was not done at my address. There seems to be no catagorey for that.

The overall experience was good.

Be wary of discounts that say a coupon must be presented or to mention the discount prior to service. Some firms mark up a price so they can mark it down.
