Description of Work: No services performed, just an information phone call where Kathy was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot an issue we have with water getting into our basement. She seemed VERY knowledgeable with different options I can look at first that explore easier and inexpensive routes verses complex and in depth fixes. She spent about 10 min. on the phone and I walked away feeling less overwhelmed and with a direction that I needed to take in solving my problem.
