It was expensive. It was so nice. It was awesome. It took them about four and a half hours. It was a total of five ladies. The floors they paid close attention to it. They were very particular with all the floors even making lines in the carpet. They did an excellent job nothing to improve on at all.

Bruce and his crew were are awesome! I originally schedule for a cleaning the day after I took possession of the house. The person who live there before me trashed the house so I had to reschedule at the last minute. Bruce was great about finding a date for me and adjusting his schedule at the very last second. My cleaning was today and his crew did an amazing job! The house smells so good and looks even better, everything is so shiny and clean! They even moved some things in the garage so they could clean more thoroughly. So appreciate the job they did and their willingness to go the extra mile. Such a wonderful company, I will definitely hire them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family!

Workers were great and did a very good job. Scheduling and on time arrival was not very good.

I set two appointments with the owner for him to come out and give us a quote to clean our home. He was a no show the first day and said he wrote a note on post it note but forgot what day it was for and set an appointment for the next day at the same time and didn't show up again. I text him and never heard back. DONT WASTE YOR TIME!!

It was excellent. My husband always purchases one around Mother's Day or my birthday. They seemed to get the small stuff cleaned also.

I called Bruce the owner and he came out to bid the job the very same day. His responsiveness was first class and a very fair price. He and his team performed a miracle for me! They cleaned every single nook and cranny in the house. They wiped out all of the dust and dirt in all of the cabinets, floors, ceilings (I have very high ceilings), sinks, counters, ledges, glass shelves, chrome fixtures, all light fixtures.........I could go on and on. I walked in and could not believe my eyes. The house was sparkling clean. I was elated. I did not think anybody could clean this house. I had them come back a week later to dust down everything as workmen had been in the house after it was cleaned so it would be spotless for us to move into. I have now hired B Clean to clean my old home next week as we have sold it and I want the house to be very clean for the new owners. I know they will do a stellar job!

They were very friendly. The owner that comes out and does the estimate, he was very friendly and prompt. They do an excellent job. I would use them in the future.

The team was extremely personable. They performed the cleaning efficiently and with care. They hit every nook and cranny before they were finished. The house was immaculent. I was delightly with their work.

Cleaning went good, but follow up with Bruce over a damaged picture was not resolved. I won't do business with anyone who won't keep their word.

Three ladies worked hard and fast. Stayed focused and 179 as a team. Finished the job and results we're very good!

Our initial house cleanings when a certain supervisor was present were fantastic. Once that supervisor was gone, the cleanings dropped significantly. Example: The crews were supposed to clean on top of cabinets (they stopped doing that after the initial cleaning), they did not clean the wood blinds properly with a feather duster (e.g. would instead close them and then wipe them with a towel banging them and stressing the open/close mechanisms) and leaving a rim of dust on each blind behind. I'd often find things left unfinished (e.g. towels left in the closet, a bathroom floor missed in the cleaning, glass surface missed etc. Overall, they are definitely better than a regular maid service but not anywhere as good as they once were. It was also difficult to communicate with the owner at times.

Great! I had a specific date requirement, but contacted them too close to this date. Bruce let me know they were fully booked and I would have to pick another date to use the 10 hour deal that I had purchased. The next day he called and told me he had been able to do some rescheduling and he could a full crew of four on the date I had requested. The crew did a great, great job. Bruce worked to make the date needed happen. We couldn't have been happier.

my house is the cleanest it's been in a long time. The girls that came to clean are some of the hardest workers that I have encountered. The owner, Bruce, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He was very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the company and the girls that came to my home. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed. You will not believe how your home looks after they leave. It's sparkles!

We have them set up on a regular surface clean. These guys were just outstanding.

The concern was due to the attitude on solving problems after the deep cleaning of my screen porch. The result of cleaning porch was not good. He said it's because if I wanted to CRL cleaning product, I needed to sign a waiver to waive their liability if my carpet is ever damaged. Well, I was not told upfront about it. I did one panel and told him that he could come over to take a look compare to how they did others. He said he would let me know when in a little bit. I waited for two days and never received his response. I sent him a notice to cancel the scheduled cleaning. And I never had a chance to complain to him several places were missed in the deep clean of my house.

They did a great job cleaning. We had an unfortunate accident (just bad luck - no way to prevent it) and Bruce (the owner) went above and beyond, out of his way, to make it right. I could not have been more impressed with his attentiveness and commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend.
