We LOVE the way everything looks! Our kitchen sink has never looked so clean, the mud sink in the laundry room was such a gross eye sore but now so clean, and our babies can now take a bath in the tub upstairs since it's sparkling clean. And the finishing touches were so appreciated; beds made, our daughter's play vanity cleaned, stuffed animals on display. We truly appreciate it.

The BClean team made this house sparkly and smelling like a brand new hotel. I could see my reflection in my kitchen sink, all dust removed, shine restored to wood surfaces (including the floor), the bathrooms were close to sterile. From top to bottom, the team took on a home that has had 4-6 people and various pets at home nearly 24/7 for close to a year and cleaned all that living out of it. The team worked well around us, as obviously we were home.

It was a wonderful experience. Bruce, the owner, came out a week earlier and did a walk-through for the estimate. The next week he came back - right on time - with his crew of five very pleasant, professionally-dressed ladies. He had brought a very tall ladder with him and personally climbed up to clean some otherwise unreachable foyer shelf cutouts (which he said he didn’t want the ladies to have to do). Afterwards, he introduced me to the team leader and left. These women worked harder than I’ve ever seen cleaners work. They were extremely thorough: wiping down walls, cleaning glass pendant light shades, and dusting everything in sight (and even out of sight - I wandered into the kitchen at one point and one lady was standing on the counter getting the dust out of the tops of the kitchen cabinets!). They did not cut any corners. Bruce even came back at one point to deliver more cleaning rags. They worked at this same pace for 6-7 hours. The group also had a pleasant camaraderie, chatting with and helping each other the whole day. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

The crew was punctual, very detailed and worked with my schedule to get the job done. Worth every penny they charge and you should definitely hire them!

The ladies who came to clean the house were prompt, courteous, efficient and did a wonderful job! They were thorough, followed the "priority" list I was asked for and even did a few things that weren't on the list! It was such a relief to get it all done before our baby boy arrived and they were able to come out for service within a few days of scheduling. I'm going to use their services for recurring cleanings, too!

Return calls took a long time Owner kept schedule not the person who actually answered phones. It was a giant game of tag. I do not have time for that.

For an old batchelor they cleaned areas that I never knew existed.

B Clean did a great job. They responded to my request right away - even over the weekend when they're supposed to be closed. They got me on the schedule very quickly. The workers showed up on time and got the job done in the time they expected. House looked fantastic. They even got my stovetop clean, which is as close to a miracle as you can get. Will be hiring again!

The job they did with cleaning was exceptional. They cleaned my oven and also a problem with something in the freezer that had melted and caused a mess. If I was to grade them on cleaning only, I would definitely give them an A++++. However, there were a couple of things that were cause for concern for me and would make me think twice about hiring them again.. I had asked them to vacuum the rug on the screened porch. They unlocked the door to the screened porch, did NOT vacuum the rug and then left the door between the porch and the house unlocked. The second thing that concerned me was that a glass shade on the master bath light fixture was broken. I spoke with owner about the problem and asked if he could pay half for replacing the shades (this ended up costing me $24). He said he would look around and thought he may be able to find some shades for a discount. When I followed up with him a couple of weeks later, he said he spoke to the girls and they said they did not break the shade so he felt they were therefore not really responsible. I can understand their not wanting to admit to it, but I also know that no one else was in the house during that time period. It seemed unlikely that the shade would break itself (the mess of the broken glass shade had been cleaned up) and the shades were very dusty so I know they had been cleaned. I suspect these two concerns are isolated incidents and probably not all that common with these people. If I was not concerned about security issues (forgetting to lock the porch door) or possible damage, I would hire these people again in a heartbeat. As far as the cleaning itself goes, they are wonderful and I would recommend them. I'm just not sure I want to take the chance on having similar issues in the future. We are all human and make mistakes, including myself. But in my opinion, the way a business handles a problem is a deciding factor for me. The cleaning was exceptional but the handling of my issues was not satisfactory for me. If I knew someone who needed a Move In or Move Out cleaning, I would recommend these people. But I would tell them it might be a good idea to be there during the cleaning to ensure that nothing was broken and doors were locked after the cleaning.

I cannot express how thoroughly PLEASED I am with the quality of the work and the efficiency with which they did it. A crew of 5 accomplished this work in my 1600 square foot home within the 10 labor hours included in the "special" I purchased. Beyond the normal expectations and my special requests re baseboards, etc., they removed the water spots from the glass shower doors, cleaned the top of the ceiling fan, etc. etc. etc. without needing any request, suggestions, or supervision from me.

They were fantastic. Showed up on time. Very professional. The house was spotless when they were finished. They really exceeded my expectations.
