Description of Work: Five people and the manager came on time. Each was assigned one area for deep cleaning. They did a good job and very efficient.

Description of Work: I called when I first purchased the deal and then called again when I saw the expiration date was approaching, but never received any response to my messages.

Description of Work: The service offered was a "Big Deal" special. The service provider hurried through the service, but did an adequate job. Hired them to come back for monthly service, and they did an adequate job, but were not flexible at all with their service dates and times after the initial service. I found that unacceptable and cancelled the service.

Description of Work: 1 hour of deep house cleaning was purchased in the Angies List deal, and we purchased a 2nd hour from them directly. 2 hours with 5 girls got the job done quick. They missed a few areas (one shower and a few cobwebs here and there), and they broke a window blind top trim strip (in their defense, it was old), but all in all they did a great job cleaning, and the areas they cleaned were done well. It's the first time in years we've had a comapany clean our house and it was a nice break from doing it ourselves. If we use them again, we will check over for areas missed and point it out before they leave. Maybe it was the fact that only one girl spoke fair english so maybe something got lost in the translation on what to clean or not to clean.

Description of Work: The team from B Clean always do a very thorough job. And today they found a diamond stud earring that I had lost a month ago. I was so grateful to have it back. And it's a great indication of their attention to detail. Thanks, ladies.
