Description of Work: Shaun came out on short notice due to our furnace not being on and working. It turned out we had a bed igniter and a bad circuit board. He got heat going after it being only 56 in our home. He replaced the igniter and told us that they had to order the replacement circuit board. Now the best was due to our being "Preferred Service Customers" We really did not have to pay anything and they would work out a payment plan for us. We still paid $100.00 toward the amount owed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating needs!!! A+++ if possible.

Description of Work: On Sunday, Labor day weekend, my water heater sprung a leak and I couldn't get my regular plumber. "Plumber Dave" with B & W Plumbing responded to my call within an hour. He informed me that my heater was still under warranty and that if I waited until Tuesday I could get it replaced free. The only fee was labor and the emergency call on Sunday. Since I chose plumber Dave to install on Tuesday rather then my usual plumber, plumber Dave gave me a $50 dollar discount on the trip charge for Sunday. Very clean. Very professional. They will be my first call from now on.

Because it was a hazardous situation they did not do any work but he was completely professional and gave me the right route to start.
