We called B&W Plumbing's emergency line at 7:30, having shut off the water to the entire house. Plumber Dave was here by 8:00 and the repair was done before 9:00. A broken pipe is never a good experience, but having B&W Plumbing only a call away cut the inconvenience to almost zero.

Description of Work: Hot water faucet leaking in shower. Called on Saturday to schedule and they said between 10 and noon on Monday. Called to let us know he was on the way and was here within 15 minutes. Had the leak fixed within an hour and didn't leave a mess. I had an Angie's List coupon that saved me $25 on the call. I thought he'd have to replace the faucet and was pleasantly surprised not to have the added expense.

However, the person who was to give me an estimate called to reschedule our appointment, and then called saying they were running late, called again to say they would not make the re-scheduled time, so I cancelled the appointment. Very disappointed. The service person seemed groggy and disoriented. Not sure what was going on.
